| With the deepening of reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in the fields of politics,economy,society and culture.In order to meet the needs of modernization of national governance and building a well-off society in an all-round way,social governance has become an important topic of social development.In 2017,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China more clearly pointed out that we should promote the focus of social governance to move down to the grassroots level,play the role of social organizations,realize the positive interaction of government governance,social regulation and residents’ autonomy,and create a social governance pattern of CO governance and sharing.At present,with the rapid development of our society,the role of community voluntary service organizations as residents’ autonomous organizations in participating in the construction of community governance is irreplaceable.At the same time,the use of professional methods and skills of social work to cultivate social organizations and stimulate organizational vitality has become an irreplaceable trend.In recent years,the cultivation of community voluntary service organizations,as a service field expanded in social work specialty,indirectly serves the community through linking social resources,integrating social networks and building a service platform,so as to create a shared multi platform for the development of social organizations.This paper takes the operation project of X community volunteer service team as an example to analyze and study the cultivation of urban community volunteer service organizations.This paper uses the method of semi-structured interview and participatory observation,taking the community volunteer service organizations,community neighborhood committees and professional social work institutions as the interviewees,starting from the cultivation needs of district volunteer service organizations,studies the cultivation mode and organizational structure of the volunteer service team of the reader,summarizes its cultivation mode and method,and finds its shortcomings It finds out how social work can be involved in the cultivation of community voluntary service organizations and the change of social workers’ roles.By analyzing its difficulties and shortcomings,it puts forward some reference solutions. |
