Study On Housing&Human Well-being Under The Urban Community Home Endowment Model

Housing&human well-being is an important element of social well-being.Housing&Human well-being involves basic living conditions and basic public resources required for residence,and it also involves economic,safe,cultural and psychological factors related to residential activities.Housing&Human well-being includes not only the convenience of the housing supporting facilities enjoyed by the residents,that is,the utility or satisfaction brought to the residents,but also the subjective feelings such as the satisfaction or happiness brought to the residents by these attributes.The community home endowment model is the most important endowment model which has been gradually rising under the background of the increasingly perfect community function in China.Because of the high demand for resource integration,from the current practice of urban community home endowment,the elderly living environment has the lack of pension facilities,the lack of senior-suited measures,poor technical policy system and so on,the elderly living conditions and environment cannot adapt to the community home endowment service system,whether from the policy or facility level,need to be further refined.So,what is the development stage and characteristics of the current policies related to Housing&Human well-being in China?What are the residential needs of the elderly of different characteristics and the communities of different types?How can community service projects be linked to pension facilities matching?What is the status of Housing&Human well-being development under the community home endowment model?From the current research,there is still a lack of research on the practical level of Housing&Human well-being.Based on this,this paper focused on the urban community home-based elderly as the demand subject,based on the framework of the Need Theory and the Urban Space Consumption Theory,used the literature research method,second-hand analysis and field research method,mainly focused on the situation assessment of the development of Housing&Human well-being,this paper analyzed and explained the problems existing in policy formulation and practice operation,and drew on the foreign experience of construction and development,in order to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the development of Housing&Human well-being under the model of urban community home endowment in China.The details are as follows:First of all,the related policies of elderly Housing&Human well-being in China have been combed and found.From the perspective of the development of home endowment policy,China's community home endowment policy reflects the characteristics of government-leading,gradual and urban-priority.From the related policies of pension facilities,the government not only paid attention to the basic matching of pension facilities,but also gradually paid attention to the construction and transformation of elderly livable environment.The state has formulated a series of regulations on the related standards and norms related to pension facilities,which has gone through the process of from scratch,gradually refining the content,and gradually forming the system structure.After a preliminary formative period and supplementary adjustment period,the related policies of community pension facilities have developed with the following characteristics:the policy of community pension facilities has been strengthened,the policy measures of barrier-free construction have been steadily promoted,and the elderly livable standards have been gradually improved.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the process of formulating and implementing the related policies of Housing&Human well-being in China.Secondly,it analyzed and summarized the residential demand under environment of the urban community home endowment.According to the particularity of the elderly group and the difference of the types of residential community,the Fourth Time Survey Data of the Living Conditions of the Elderly in Urban and Rural Areas of China(Shandong Province),based on the field survey of Jinan urban communities,from three aspects of different elderly age groups,different levels of elderly self-care,and different types of communities,the residential demand under the model of urban community home endowment was analyzed.This paper analyzed the demand characteristics of elderly people with different age groups and different levels of self-care for community pension service projects,described the differences in the current situation of residential environment in different types of communities,summarized the characteristics of residential space demand for the aged,and the relationship between community pension facilities and residential needs.Thirdly,the development status of Housing&Human well-being under the model of home pension in urban communities is evaluated.The Housing&Human well-being evaluation system is constructed on the four factors of economy,safety,culture and psychology.Then the paper evaluated the current development status of elderly Housing&Human well-being through the combination of objective index and subjective index.The existing problems in the living conditions and environment of urban communities in China were put forward,such as supply of community pension facilities lagging behind demand;elderly livable environment far from being formed;insufficient utilization of intelligent in residential environment;and imperfect related standards of the elderly livable community.Fourth,the practical experience of the foreign development of Housing&Human well-being was combed and summarized.This paper analyzed the characteristics of policy system related to Housing&Human well-being in developed countries such as America,Britain and Japan,refined the typical construction characteristics of the foreign community pension facilities,pointed out the key experience for the elderly barrier-free facilities,and summarized the foreign experience and enlightenment of the development of elderly Housing&Human well-being.Finally,the development strategy of Housing&Human well-being under the model of home endowment in urban community has been put forward.Taking service-oriented well-being to environment-reserved well-being as the concept-oriented,based on the analysis paradigm of two paths of social space support and material space practice,this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the policy system of Housing&Human well-being and optimizing the construction of elderly residential environment.
