Study On The Rural Regulations From The Perspective Of Ideological And Politics Education

In recent years,in the call for "returning to the countryside",the study of rural regulations has attracted wide attention from the academic community.As a localized social governance resource,the traditional rural regulations have the social governance value of"Local law " and " Folk Law ".It is very urgent and important that we should dig the ideological and moral education value of rural regulations,develop-discard and reconstruct the ideological and moral education function of new period rural regulation,actively respond to new problems in the rural grassroots social governance and new changes.Rural regulations are based on certain cultural tradition and habit of life.we also call it"Agreement".it is a kind of spontaneous local society and the autonomous standard " Local law ".it has many characteristics,such as non institutional,non-mandatory,non-standardized,non-characteristic authoritative and non-commensurability,and so on.As a kind of local geography knowledge,the traditional rural regulations contain rich resources of Ideological and moral education,and the rural grassroots society is the main way and important carrier of Ideological and moral education.However,with the development of urbanization and accelerating the rural social order to speed up the reconstruction,the traditional rural regulations have to face the governance idea backwardness,lack of legality,governance effect gradually decline,single means backward,the loss of treatment effect and so on.The ideological and moral education effects of rural regulations have been seriously hindered.Therefore,we should adhere to the principle that we should connect rural regulations,legal norms,grassroots autonomy and governance of modem civilization governance effective convergence to the times,deal with traditional and modern,ethical and legal,social,and local inspection and evaluation of the relationship between innovation,rural regulations forms,rich rural regulations content.The traditional rural regulations about modern transformation,play rural regulations ideological and moral education function.This study takes LinXi as a case,from the means of governance,rural ethics community,folk law,local cultural symbols and other dimensions of the junction to study Hebei and Shandong has a long history of traditional Confucian Society-Linxi.The focus are politics,economy and culture,ethics and regional factors and the mechanism of rural regulations generation and development,realistic predicament and traditional rural regulations modern transformation,which enriches and develops the theory of localization Chinese traditional ideological and moral education.Especially the "Ideological and moral education--rural regulations--social governance" into a comprehensive research framework,explore the intrinsic relationship between the three,from the construction of the Linxi multidisciplinary perspective,to explore with Chinese situation of local social ideological and moral education ways,forms and resources that has important theoretical value and practical significance.
