The Research Of The Political Identity Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Political identity is not only one of the core concepts of modern democratic politics,but also a key problem in the construction of socialist democratic politics in China-To study the political identity of the new generation of migrant workers,not only because more than 100 million migrant workers of the new generation have become an important part of the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,they have made important contributions to China's modemization;Moreover,their degree of interest realization not only relates to their satisfaction with life,but also directly affects their degree of identification with socialism with Chinese characteristics,thus affecting the modernization of democratic politics,the two centenary years and the realization of the Chinese dream.In recent years,the political identity of the new generation of migrant workers has been greatly improved,but there are still some problems.Unlike most scholars wh o regard political identity merely as a kind of political psychology,this paper holds that political identity is the organic unity of subjective political psychology and realistic political behavior.Political identity includes four elements:political cognition,political emotion,political trust and political behavior.Clarify the important concept is presented in this paper,the main theory is expounded,reviewing the development course of new generation migrant workers and their group characteristics summarized on t.he basis of field survey research methods,based on the four core elements of political identity design questionnaire and interviews,the index system of research studies have found that new generation migrant workers for the political symbol generally have correct cognition,concerned about the affairs of-state,the high trust of the cen.tral government,argumentative and political participation consciousness awakening,However,there are also political identity problems such as insufficient cognition of substantive law,political legal procedures,low sense of political efficiency,insufficient trust in grassroots government,low level of electoral political participation and frequent occurrence of non-institutionalized political behaviors.The new generation of migrant workers'political identity shows obvious intergenerational characteristics,which are dynamic change,group differentiation,internal conflict and gradual rationality.The main appeals of the new generation of migrant workers are manifested in four aspects:interest appeal,emotion appeal,development appeal and identity appeal.According to Marxist thought of interests,and xi marxist outlook on youth important discourse theory,such as depth analysis of the new generation of migrant workers the generated logic and influencing factors of political identity,think interest factor is the main body of political identity,the key and foundation of the primary factors.To this end,the goal of cultivating the new generation of migrant workers' political identity is to enhance the guiding force and cohesion of socialist ideology,enhance the new generation of migrant workers1 recognpition of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and consciously practice the socialist core value system and promote the development of socialist democratic politics.Cultivating the new generation of migrant workers' political identity is a systematic,long-term and complex project,which should adhere to the principles of combining unitary guidance with pluralistic guidance,combining theoretical indoctrination with self-education,combining popularizing cultivation with classified cultivation and building a reasonable interest mechanism.In the specific path of cultivating the new generation of migrant workers' political identity,we should focus on improving the interest mechanism,enhancing their sense of acquisition,strengthening the institutional empowerment,safeguarding their political rights,promoting cultural considerations in the process of urbanization,promoting their integration into the city,emphasizing the revitalization of education in the rural revitalization,and improving their comprehensive quality.In this paper,theoretical research method,field investigation method,interdisciplinary research method,comparative research method and other research methods are comprehensively used to conduct a systematic and comprehensive research on the political identity of the new generation of migrant workers.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:The first is to solve the problem of cultivating political identity based on generation differences and group characteristics.Second,the paper comprehensively studies the influence of cultural factors on the political identity of the new generation of migrant workers in the urbanization process.Third,with the help of first-hand information,objectively and truly reflects the political identity of the new generation of migrant workers.
