With the acceleration of global economic integration and development of information and network technology, we have entered into a new era. Meanwhile, human's activities of information management have also entered into the era of knowledge management. Knowledge sharing is considered the core of the knowledge management in enterprise: recently, related research and practice on knowledge sharing have drawn attention from researchers and practioners. Firstly, knowledge sharing can bring the remarkable economic benefits to enterprises. Knowledge can diffuse, assimilate and apply perpetually through the communicating among the employees in enterprise, so the cost of production, management and exchange may reduce. Thereby the marginal production cost will reduce significantly. On the other hand, the value of knowledge will increase as the number of the personnel who uses the knowledge is increasing, thereby the marginal benefit of enterprise will increase. Secondly, knowledge sharing plays a standing key role to enterprise's knowledge innovation. Thirdly, knowledge sharing is the foundation of organization learning. The personnel of enterprise does not can exchange one's needs, but also can learn from other's strong points to offset one's weaknesses, consequently the personnel and even the whole working efficiency of enterprise will be improved. Therefore, it is very necessary for organization to realize the knowledge sharing and control its risk.The research in this paper focuses on the realization ways and risk control of organizational knowledge sharing. The main objective and significance of this research thesis lies in: one side, analyzing the realization of knowledge sharing in organization systemically, from there aspects of structuring the knowledge sharing system, knowledge sharing culture, institutional system of knowledge sharing and incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in organizations under a framework of knowledge sharing environment. On the other side, the risks of knowledge sharing are analyzed and sorted out. Then, by the construction the evaluation index system of the knowledge sharing risks. The measurement method is proposed.
