With the coming of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the source of economic growth and key factor of enterprise's development. As the carriers of knowledge, knowledge workers have become the core of enterprise's human resources management and knowledge workers' productivity also has become an important foundation for enterprises to get advantage of competition. In recent years, research on knowledge workers has gradually caused the attention of academia and business both in domestic and international scope. And some qualitative achievements have been made, which mainly concentrate on knowledge worker's concept and incentive ness, such as the definition, characteristic, demand level, etc. But the study on knowledge workers' productivity is still relatively little, especially in quantitative research. How to analyze the conflicts between enterprises in knowledge workers' productive process by using mathematical models, and to propose corresponding countermeasures is an important aspect of study on knowledge workers' productivity.The main task of this paper is to find the conflicts on benefits between knowledge workers and enterprises in the production process basing on the characteristic of knowledge workers' work and personality. Then we analyze the causes that produce these conflicts by using the game thoughts and tools, and try to find corresponding countermeasures from system aspects through changing the game regulations between both sides.First of all, in the first chapter this paper summarizes the question of"knowledge workers' productivity". Based on above, the paper analyzes the interest components of knowledge workers in the production process, including knowledge workers' economical hypothesis of game and conflicts between enterprises and workers in production process. The conflicts mainly embody in the following three links: 1. problem of cooperation in teamwork; 2. issue of workers' knowledge sharing in enterprises; 3. issue of resource allocation in scientific research the activities. Above issues are main researching content of this paper.Then, in the second chapter this paper describes the general model of incentive mechanism in knowledge workers' production process by using the principal-agent thought and model in Information Economic. The paper analyzes two main causes that bring up the problem of incentive ness- the inconsistence of target and asymmetric of information between enterprises and knowledge workers, basing on which the paper discusses the enterprises' optimal incentive mechanism in condition of moral risk and hiding information respectively.In chapter three to chapter five the paper makes concrete discussion on three problems in the knowledge workers production process respectively, including teamwork cooperation, knowledge sharing and resource allocation.As to the teamwork issue of knowledge workers, this paper analyzes the optimum allotment proportion, and the relationship between helping amount and member's importance in a situation of members offering help each other. The paper also predicts that members' helping each other will promote the performance of team, and discusses the At last, a means is proposed to realize of team's pareto optimal by overcoming the "free-riding" behavior of workers.In discussion of workers' knowledge sharing problem, the paper proveson one hand that knowledge sharing among workers would be favorable to increase enterprises' performance by setting up a game model of knowledge sharing. On the other hand, knowledge sharing causes knowledge workers' interests of monopolizing knowledge to drop. So they have no enthusiasm to share their knowledge. According to this phenomenon, the enterprises can carry out explicit incentive mechanism - rank-order tournaments and implicit incentive mechanism - reputation model to resolve it.The main factor influences the efficiency of resource allocation is that knowledge workers are often prefer to expand their capabilities in order to get research projects.
