Marx's Thought Of State Governance And Its Contemporary Value

Marx's thought of state governance is a scientific theory of state management established by combining the practical experience of the European workers' movement in the 19 th century.Based on materialist dialectics and historical materialism,he systematically elaborated on the basic issues of the history,essence and functions of the state,and combined with the state experiment of Paris commune,expounded the basic nature,dependence and transitional form of the proletarian state governance theory.Digging deep into the rich connotation of Marx's thought on state governance is conducive to promoting the inheritance and development of Marx's theory on state governance,which is of great theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the sinicization of marxist theory on state governance and upholding and improving the modernization of state governance system and governance capacity.This paper adopts the method of combining texts with literature,the method of unifying logic and history,the method of interdisciplinary integration,and the method of combining theory with practice to comb through the representative views of the nature of the state,the demise of the state,and the functions of the state in Marx's original works.On this basis,the author tries to construct the theoretical system of Marx's thought on state governance,and then discusses its theoretical orientation and main governance mode,so as to better serve the sinicization of Marx's thought on state governance and the practice of insisting and perfecting the modernization of China's state governance.The basic structure of this paper is divided into six chapters.The main ideas of this paper are as follows: chapter 1,introduction,including research background,research significance,literature review,research ideas and framework.The second chapter is to comb through relevant works of Marx in order to sort out the historical background and theoretical origin of Marx's thought on state governance.Marx's thought on state governance has a deep trace of European capitalist society in the 19 th century,the irreconcilable contradictions of capital in European society and the vigorous rise of the proletarian movement,which laid a solid economic condition and class foundation for Marx's thought on state governance.In addition,Marx's thought of state governance did not come into being out of nothing,but the state organism theory of French enlightenment thinkers,the state center theory of German classical philosophers,and the state governance thought of utopian socialists provided rich theoretical materials for Marx to think about state issues.On the basis of the above,Marx established the proletarian thought of national governance by using the two theoretical weapons of materialist dialectics and historical materialism.Chapter three mainly discusses the ideological process and logical evolution of Marx's thought on state governance.The birth of Marx's thought on state governance does not mean it is a mature theory.This is because the practical experience of the proletariat on state governance in the 19 th century is not enough,and the limited revolutionary practice(such as the Paris commune)is not enough to provide rich practical cases for Marx's thinking on state governance,and certainly cannot test the authenticity of his theory.However,Marx's thinking on the nature of the state and other basic issues prescribes the development direction of the proletarian state governance thought.To be specific,Marx's stipulations on
