It's a question worthy of study.As the disciplines and personal characteristics,the specific professional development path of graduate tutor will be different,but there also have some common characteristics and regularities.The relationship between teachers and students at the graduate level is a " To Teach Is To Learn " relationship.In this stage,The contact exchange of the tutor and student is better than any one stage of education.In the interaction between tutors and students,the tutors learns the endowment characteristics of the students,in the positive reflection and continuous construction,to achieve their own professional development.Straightly speaking,the students' professional development also promotes,improve and even spurs the professional development of teachers.So,Dose the graduate students can promote their tutors' professional development? How to promote the professional development of tutors? To promote which quality of the tutors? Which graduate students can promote the professional development of tutors?
