In recent years,China's vocational education has developed rapidly and has received the attention of the state.In order to better develop higher vocational colleges,China actively advocates the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises to cultivate technical talents.The modern apprenticeship came into being.In June 2014,the State Council issued the“Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education" and clearly proposed the pilot of the modern apprenticeship system.Between 2015 and 2018;the Ministry of Education has added a new apprenticeship pilot school each year.Based on the background of the modern apprenticeship system,the school needs to implement the " double tutor" system,and the instructors and business instructors jointly guide the training of students.In just a few years,the implementation of the“double tutor" system is still immature,so how is the "double tutor" system of the pilot institutions implemented,and what problems exist in the implementation process.This study takes the modern apprenticeship pilot institution Y vocational college as the research object,analyzes the implementation status of the "double tutor" system of the college,and hopes to provide some implementation and development of the "double tutor" system through the research of this paper reference.This study takes students,in-school tutors,and corporate tutors in the modern apprenticeship pilot class of construction engineering technology in Jiangsu Province as a survey object,surveys students in the form of questionnaires,and interviews students' in-school tutors in the form of interviews.Business instructors conduct surveys.In-depth understanding of the specific implementation process of the "double tutor" system in Y higher vocational colleges,research and analysis of the problems in the implementation of the "double tutor"system.The survey content is divided into five dimensions:the dual tutor s equipment,the dual tutor's responsibilities and performance,the dual tutor's division of labor and cooperation,the management of the dual tutor,and the interaction between the dual tutor and the students.Through the survey data and interview results analysis,we found five problems in the implementation process of the "double tutor" system,insufficient teacher resources,unclear responsibilities of the school tutors and corporate tutors,lack of communication and communication between the school tutors and corporate tutors,and higher vocational duties.The degree of regulation of the dual tutors in colleges and universities is not high,and the communication between the dual tutors and students in higher vocational colleges is not good.These problems constrain the implementation of the "double tutor" system.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the implementation of the "double tutor"system in the modern apprenticeship pilot course of the construction engineering technology specialty of Y vocational colleges,the improvement strategy is proposed from five aspects,as follows:Strengthen the selection and training of "double tutor" and establish stability The"Double Mentor" team;clarify the responsibilities of the instructors and corporate instructors;establish and improve the platform for communication between the instructors and corporate instructors;and train the dual tutors through various measures,such as teaching theory and professional skills training,and carrying out teaching and research activities.And application technology research,school and enterprise "mutual engagement and sharing",carry out two-way communication;improve the assessment mechanism of dual tutors.
