The Research On University Students’ Study Style Education

The study style is the atmosphere forming in the process of study and research,including learning atmosphere and academic atmosphere.The core of the study style is the value idea and pursuit which is contained in the study.The appearance of the study style is the spiritual style,the behavior norm and the group atmosphere about study.Study style is in the whole process of students’ learning,and has important role to the behavior,thinking and mental outlook of university students’ individual and group.Students’ study style education is to promote the healthy growth of university students,enhance the university moral education effect,improve the quality of higher education and optimize the society environment.It is very significant and urgent both in theory and practice.Student and teacher’s learning and teaching intertwine with each other and compose of two core part of school spirit.Students’ study style education is crossover for both the ideological and political education and study style construction.Research the nature of students’ study style education,we can firstly research the nature of study and students’ study style.The nature of study is including four main views such as knowledge acquisition,meaning construction,social integration and comprehensive development.The nature of students’ study style is including learning atmosphere,academic culture and study value.So the nature of university students’study style education is restraining behavioral norms,building the learning atmosphere,inheriting academic culture,and leading learning value.It has the characteristics of guidance,construct,autonomy,interactivity,cultivation,hidden and mass.University students’ study style education has profound theoretical resources.Chinese traditional study style thought emphasizes in an unyielding,diligent,speculative,honest and practical study style.It constitutes some basic content for university students’ study style education.In the modern western learning theory,humanism learning theory takes students as the center,and emphasizes in promoting learners’ self-realization at the relaxed atmosphere.Social learning theory upholds the reciprocal determinism thought,and emphasizes the importance of observation and learning self-efficacy,and explores the moral self perfect.Lifelong learning education theory regards study as the basic means of survival,advocates the ideology of lifelong learning and builds learning society.Constructivism learning theory focuses on learners’ original cognitive structure and social cultural environment,promotes collaborative learning and learning scenes.However,all the modern western learning theories greatly expand the concepts,contents and methods of university students’study style education,and make up the defect part of ancient Chinese style education thoughts.Marxism study style theory adheres to combine theory and practice,seek truth from facts and emancipate the mind.Marxism study style theory constitutes the core part and basic principle of university students’ study style education.This research shows that there are both good and bad performances in university students’ study style.In the good aspect,most students establish positive learning goals,has right study cognition,study honesty,and has a good learning attitude.In the bad aspect,some students has utilitarian learning purpose obviously,have deviation in learning values,have wrong emotion in academic misconduct,and are lack of learning self-discipline.Similarly,there are both good and bad performances in university students’ study style education.University pays attention to do this work,but power is in scattered.The education mechanism is gradually building,but not quite effective.The education form is quite colorful and obtains above average evaluation from students,but it is short of leading study values,and the education method is quite old-fashioned.The content of university students’ study style education is extremely rich.It includes aggressiveness,integrity,preciseness and innovation.To be specific,the aggressiveness includes ideal and faith education,social responsibility education,scientific development education and competition situation education.The integrity includes the value,the quality,the legal system and the practice of integrity education.The preciseness includes realistic spirit education,scientific spirit education and rigorous attitude education.At last,the innovation includes pioneering consciousness education,innovation spirit education and questioning spirit education.These four parts show the attribute of ideological and political education for university students’study style education.We mainly effectively promote university students’ study style education by mainly solve the following five problems.Looking from the path expanding,teachers play a leading role and students actively participate in the study style education.For education power,we must integrate the power of teaching,management and service.We should integrate the power of culture,system and practice;and also we have to integrate the power of family education,social education and school education.Looking from the mechanism innovation,we must establish the academic mechanism of guiding,assessment,incentive,warning and elimination.Looking from the education method,we can use the enlightenment method,demonstration method,standardized method,competitive method and penetrative method.Looking from the environment optimization,we can intensively optimize the dormitory,the class,the campus and the society study atmosphere.
