Style of study as an important part of school construction and development, plays a leading, norms and incentives of the role of teachers and students, it is not only an important indicator of the school thought, the quality of education, management level and comprehensive strength, also reflects the quality of students’ ideological, the spirit of learning, and comprehensive quality. Good style of study is an important guarantee for China’s socialist development of higher education, the fundamental guarantee to implement the education policy and an important condition for training highly qualified personnel, but also the internal needs of self-development of college students and Seek Personal Fulfillment. The author takes Tianjin Normal University as a typical case and probes deeply into the style of study status quo of this school with empirical research to provide the scientific basis and perfect mechanism for the school style of study.Part1, summarized that the urgency and significance of this study, the characteristic achievements of the style of study abroad as well as the status quo of China, described the research methods, priorities, difficult and innovation on the basis of defining the style of study of this article. The second part, have empirical research in case of Tianjin Norma University. Take a questionnaires survey of undergraduate and graduate students of all the school, analyze the survey results by using SPSS statistical software, sort out the poor problems of school style of study, point out the differences of different dimensions at different levels, and discuss the meaning of the results of the data in order to provide reliable ground data and empirical basis for optimizing the school style of study. The third part, take a detailed analysis of the relevant factors for affecting the style of study. Analyze the causes of school style of study inside and outside of the school, respectively from the management mechanism in colleges, teachers, students, social and family aspects, in order to provide a reference standard for the style construction. Part Ⅳ, relate and analyze the countermeasures to improve the style of study. With an extension of the development of the car chain theory, the author puts forward the development model in forward movement by driving wheel pulling driven wheel. Improve the status quo of the school style of study by making full use of the resources of all kinds of schools and motivating teachers and students involved style of study activities.Optimize the style of study is not only the inherent requirements of the construction and development of colleges and universities, but a fundamental measure of personnel training. It directly related to the cultivation of ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities, more related to the style of the Chinese nation. I hope the related theories and responses can be extensive development by this case study.
