A good style of study is an important guarantee for the healthy development of colleges and universities and the cultivation of high quality talents.Graduate students as a higher level of creative talents, their style of study have great influence and leading role, for the entire school style of study and school spirit and undergraduate study,therefore, to strengthen the University Graduate Students Cultivation of fine style of work is the urgent need to improve the quality of personnel training in Colleges and Universities.Jiangxi province is an important strategic area in the region of "Central China rising".Improve the level of education in Jiangxi Province, training a large number of high-quality talents to the future development in Jiangxi province is of great significance.To understand the study status and to enhance the overall style of jiangxi postgraduate students, with the method of questionnaire survey, from the postgraduate students’ learning objectives, learning attitude, learning methods, learning discipline and academic ethics and so on, 9 universities in jiangxi province, 895 master’s graduate students has carried on the investigation.The present situation of the style of study of postgraduate in colleges and universities in jiangxi province’s latest statistics show that the study purpose of postgraduate is not clear, tend to be utilitarian, learning attitude is not correct, lack of strict truth-seeking attitude, learning method is not scientific, weaker ability of analyzing problems, learning discipline is lax, self-discipline ability is not strong, the academic moral consciousness, the anomie phenomenon occurs frequently, from school, the teacher, the students themselves, society and family five aspects analyzes the jiangxi province colleges and universities graduate students’ bad style of study is the cause of problems.In order to strengthen the work fine style of postgraduate cultivation and improved overall style of study in Jiangxi province. According to the result of investigation and analysis, combining with the current academic research achievements, from the university, teacher, society, family and student put forward integrity measures of postgraduate students in jiangxi strengthening academic discipline education and creating a good learning environment; We will deepen the reform of the college teaching and improve the system of student management; Improve the teacher management specification, strengthen the supervisor responsibility consciousness; promote social fairness and justice, respect knowledge and talents; improve family education idea, stimulates students’ consciousness.
