The teacher is not only the first resource and the core element of education career,but also is the key to education reform.Practice is one of the fundamental characteristics of teacher occupation,and teaching practice is the most important but the most weak part of current teacher education.The internship program,coupling teaching practice education and rural teacher replenishing,is the innovative form of education internship,and also a difficult point but the hope for teaching practice reform.The existing mode of the internship program deviated from the purpose of the "win-win" and had a poor effect,therefore,it is necessary,according to the current education reform trend,to construct integration and enhance the program in a new model.In the background of China's integration of teacher education and of educational comprehensive reform,construction of the"four-factors and multi-dimensions" model taking teaching practice surporting education as connection and the starting point,will be not only the promotion and development of the theory of practical teaching and teacher education,but also of great practical significance to the comprehensive reform of education in China,especially in the western region.The model will be,not only with normal university student training as the core and the essence value,but also with the main line of teachers' professional development,the pursuit of the pluralistic value goal,the promotion of the development of regional education,a model and a comprehensive reform.The study,with teacher professional development as the main line,based on the steps of literature analysis,theory attention,reflection and model construction,mainly by literature analysis and system analysis,closely around the theoretical construction of the "four-factors and multi-dimensions " model,from the two perspectives of macroscopic education policy and microcosmic teaching practice,discussed the foundation building,the theoretical connotation,the construction principle,the operational requirements and the application strategy of the model.It will be the third time upgrade of the existing one.There were four chapters in this dissertation.The first chapter mainly discussed the construction of the model,from the era background,theoretical basis,policy guidance and realistic need,and expounded the necessity and possibility of the construction of the model.Firstly,based on the time background,we showed the significance of the current internship program for the teaching practice reform in our country and established the value basement of the model;secondly,based on the constructivism theory,the situated learning theory,the teachers' professional development theory,the theory of progressive education reform and the education ecological system theory,etc.,showed the theoretical guidance for the model and established the academic and theoretical basis of the model;and then,clarified the related education policies in China as policy basis and established the institutional norm of the model;lastly,focusing on the current difficulty of practice teaching education and the inherent defects of the internship program,found the direct motivation and the feasibility of the model constructingThe second chapter mainly,from the concept,the kernel,the objectives,the factor and the characteristics,etc.,discussed the theory connotation of the model,and proved the rationality and the uniqueness of the model.The model,based on the concepts of the mainstream "harmony" practice,the learning teacher type with practical reflection and the ecological education with multi-factors,etc.,with the kernel formed by the continuous time dimension,the integration of space dimension,the relationship dimension,the involved body dimension,the specific situation dimension,the internal system dimension,etc.,integrated multiple education reform projects and ingested "four"organizational elements and "four" main elements,realized the coordinated development of all kinds of teachers and promoted teacher education from pre-service to in-service,the integration of urban and rural basic education development,the integration of teacher education and basic education and the integration of the development of teachers,schools and education,by the design and implementation of education reform with the teaching practice as an acting point.The model will be characterized by the integration of practical design,practice,practice,practice and practice efficiency.The third chapter mainly discussed,emphasizing the rationality of the model as the guarantee of internal feasibility,the construction principles and the operation requirements of the model.We,from the five categories including the whole and the local,the theory and the practice,the ability and the value,and the advanced nature and the adaptability,the modernity and the nationality,and through the structure formed by each category the systematicness,balance,dialectical and ecosystem of the model could be seen,explored the construction principles of teacher education model;and also emphasized the integration of the whole benefit and the individual value,of the organizational support and the bold innovation,the responsibility of ontology and the cooperation,and then took the integration as the basic requirement of the model to give full play to the model's efficiency and function.The fourth chapter,from the aspects of culture,reform,pattern design and implementation,and community building,mainly discussed the application strategy of the model to improve the external feasibility.Firstly,we,according to the cultural diversity,the multicultural education and the organizational culture diversity,draw the cultural spirit of the model;secondly,reinforced the inner base of the model through reforming practical teaching;thirdly,confirmed the rules for the model implementing by optimizing preliminary design and strengthening the preparation;and then guided the implementation process by evaluation;lastly,formed the teacher practical community which was to work the model.All in all,this article attempted to build a bridge between theory and practice through constructing the model,to enhance the internship program from the perspective of "ought to",and to provide new reasonable ideas for the development of rural education,teacher education and regional education ecological construction in poverty-stricken areas.These ideas included:to improve the quality of teacher education by promoting the integration of practice teaching education with the internship program as the carrier;to construct "provincial plan as a whole-coordination with the cities-balance within the countries" as the reform framework through the reform of education with the acting point of the internship program,by the connection of the comprehensive education reform at the city level and the provincial level with the county area compulsory education balanced development;to develop ecologically the regional education relying on the teachers,to improve the education quality and to realize education fairness under the synchronized and continual development of teachers,schools and education and eventually to serve the regional economy and social development.
