In2008,“teacher education innovation platform project plan” is launchingin the six normal universities, which is an important measure for practicing thenormal free education policy, dedicated to the exploration and construction ofuniversities and government, school and outside, urban and rural, college andmiddle school integration of the teacher education system with Chinesecharacteristics. The construction of TEIEA reform, is becoming the inherentrequirement of teacher education development, is an important measure forpromoting teachers professional growth, and also a key link between thepre-service teacher and after. TEIEA development has accumulated richexperience in practice teaching model, made gratifying achievements. But as aninnovation of teacher education practice teaching model, in its content, form,operation mechanism and quality evaluation is still not perfect, need tosummarize, and carrying out scientific research, so as to make the constructionof experimental area is more specification, more effective, and set examples inother practice teaching models. This paper choose the TEIEA development as the research object, with the construction of practice teaching model andimplementation as the pointcuts, using the case method, comparative method,historical research method etc. In order to extract successful experience, deepenthe theoretical research, find real problems, formulate corresponding measures,and spread reform fruits.This paper mainly through the research of the6normal universities TEIEAconstructions, comparison and analysis its basic pattern, main content, operationmechanism, the distinct characteristics, the breakthrough innovation practiceresults. From the perspective of teacher education professional development,discussing the process of the construction of teachers’ education, the policy andmanagement mechanism, the education teaching resources, teaching staffconstruction, problems existing in the student ability and so on. In view of thepractical problems, put forward to strengthen investment, perfect laws andregulations, complete practical teaching system, perfect teaching managementsystem, promote experimental area experience etc. To strengthen theconstruction of experimental area and improve teacher education innovation,comprehensively promote and deepen the teacher education development of our country, positive guidance, promoting elementary education reform, theconstruction of teachers’ education system are necessary for China’s nationalinstitutions and operation mechanism.
