Education practice is the one kind of Education activities that train the teaching ability of the students in the Normal College, and is the important link that makes the students in the Normal College changed into teachers. After the Reform and Opening-up, Chinese Normal Universities gradually recover traditional Education Practice Model. But as the improvement of the teachers' Quality requirements and promoting of the educational reform, our defects of traditional education practice model gradually exposed, for example, the time of education practice is so short, and lacking in the steady education practice base. On the base of adjustment of education practice policy, a lot of Normal Universities start to explore new education practice model. The historical process of Normal University education practice model reform provides the meaningful reference for its new model, which is the key that study the papers.Through its recovery, restructuring and changes, the papers combs the development process of education practice model in Normal University after the Reform and Opening-up, and analyzes the clue of historical evolution of its model through the changes of Education Practice Policy, development of Education Practice Reform and construction of new education practice model. This paper is based on the Study on education practice model of the Whole School Year in Luo Yang Normal University, and analyses its reform and the change process of its model after the Reform and Opening-up from Micro-level. On the one hand, it focus analyses the generated process of its model of the Whole School Year. It bred and formed in traditional education practice model after the following steps of the breeding, testing, forming, expanding and deepening, and it has the corresponding objectives of reform in each step. On the other hand, it studies the education practice model of the Whole School Year from value orientation, the theoretical basis and implementation characteristics, and reflects it, and then outlines the path, the focus, the characteristics of Chinese education practice reform in Normal University after the Reform and Opening-up, in order that we can grasp its trends.
