As the national educational reform developing,the pre-school educational reform has put forward new requirements for pre-school teachers' professional skill.One of the core abilities for pre-school teacher is the ability of understanding children,based on which the teacher create learning environment and help the children constructing knowledge.However,the traditional class teaching model of pre-school teacher education cannot fulfill this requirement.Thus,the class teaching model of pre-school teacher education must be reformed.Practice-orientation,which obtains lots of attention among educational circles,is a teaching method leading by practical learning ?starting from teaching and following the concept of “learning in doing”.The typical character of this method is that students can learn essential knowledge and gain practical skills through “practice steps” of the class.This study combed the practical-orientation theories,and then explored the factors influencing class teaching of higher vocational education for pre-school teachers,and finally launched empirical research on practice-oriented class teaching model through experimentation.The purpose of this study is to explore suitable class teaching methods for the higher vocational education of pre-school teachers,which can make the class teaching,become a real stage where the pre-school education majors develop themselves.Findings of research show that there are several problems,such as being lecture-oriented?students lacking of learning motivation and inefficiency of skill learning,exist in the present class teaching model.I proposed the “RYJT” model that is practice-oriented and designed experiment to verify its effectiveness.As a result,the “RYJT” model made a change on the students' passive state?aroused students' initiatives and promoted students' ability to conduct teaching practice.
