The level between our speed skating athlete and international first-class speed skater has a great gap.main performance for lactate tolerance ability is poor, low oxygen, resulting in the game speed can’t keep, slow down. To solve the key technical problem, most of foreign players will plateau training before the game. but in China due to the limitation of geographical factors,So far China dosen;t have any speed skating hall which more than 2000 meters in high.limit the development of the project at the technical level, In order to solve the technical proble, Key Laboratory of Jilin Institute of Physical Education built their own hypoxia laboratory which possesses artificial simulation of the altitude of 2300 meters in high. The first person that we applied to is Ji Jia before the simulation plateau training. I record the whole training.This paper through the literature material method, test method, mathematical statistics method and scientific method, through artificial simulated altitude training by living high training low training methods, the athletes at nine in the evening settled into the next day seven o’clock in the morning out of the cabin, and continuously settled 28 days, that is, before the intensive training of around, with changes in a series of physiological and biochemical indexes and analysis of influence of artificial simulated altitude training of Ji Jia special endurance level, the study found that:1 、 Through the simulated plateau environment, Ji Jia’s red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit were increased by 0.41 + 0.34×1012/L, 13.03 + 9.33g/L, 3.37 + 2.87%, oxygen saturation the cabin after increased 1.85 + 0.36%. The oxygen carrying capacity of the athletes is improved, the heart rate drops and the cardiac function is strengthened, so the training of the artificial hypoxia environment in the 28 days is obvious..2、Speed skating athletes Ji Jia in simulated altitude training period measured testosterone values, values of blood urea and creatine kinase value display, athletes Ji Jia three biochemical indexes change trend. The volatility is not big, the athlete’s body function condition is good, no matter is the body synthesis ability, the body restores ability and the bearing capacity all to improve.3、 During the whole experiment,the training intensity, the amount of training are conducted in accordance with the normal training program,after the experiment of simulated altitude training anaerobic threshold of Ji Jia power increased by 33.2%, maximum oxygen uptake test value also increased. All of those have improved that living high training low on special have played a role in promoting.4、Through the anaerobic experiments on Ji Jia we can see that skaters Ji Jia stationed in hyperbaric oxygen chamber in front of 10 seconds in the anaerobic power average power is 590.71 W power decreasing rate of 19.42% and 60 seconds Wingate anaerobic power is 483.32 W power decreasing rate.. In Ji athletes good oxygen chamber measured anaerobic power, athletes Ji Jia 10 seconds in the anaerobic power average power for 670.35 W, 13.5% higher than before entering the chamber. 60 seconds anaerobic power of 567.75 W, an increase of 17.5%, the change is obvious, the above data shows that the special oxygen endurance of the special oxygen endurance is significantly improved.
