Enhancement the quality of school is a process of promoting school organization developing gradually to be a more ideal.Leadership changes of enhancement the quality of school should focus on the following three aspects which based on the analysis of the policy requirements,organizational transformation and education reform orientation.The first is leading democratization to strengthen the attention to participate in the activities of school leaders and coagulate strength of school leader.The second is flatting management of organization to break the separate and hierarchical working relationship and release organic energy.The third is modernizing management system to go beyond the traditional leadership as authoritative and controlling and improve the multi-agent interaction within the organization.As the key precondition of enhancement the quality of school,the interaction of leadership team is required to do that multiple participation and common governance,the interactive process with respect,cooperation and dialogue,consciousness of leadership to awaken and positive initiative to work.This study based on the case of a school with enhancement the quality to inspection the interaction of leadership team by the field research.From the point of the interactions between the internal members,it found that the interaction is lack of thinking to enhance the effective but with experience,and existing hierarchy as the level down to the point of business.From the point of its interaction with the teacher group,the form divided into formal and informal.In the formal interaction,it's a single and separate interaction from above to below between school leadership and teachers group,and the interaction between middle managers and teachers group depends on school leadership instructions.With the impact of the system as variability?ambiguity?"rigidity" and "elastic",the interaction between school leadership and teachers group is optional?passivity and complexity.In the informal interaction,School leaders trying to interact with teachers group to achieve a balance between the problem and advantage,but difficultly to judge and weigh the benefits from exam-oriented education and quality education.In addition,the school leadership team doesn't enforce the relevant reform blindly with the leading authority,but to discuss school things with teachers group by hiding their leading status.The interaction between the current school leadership team that has two characteristics:to highlight the hierarchy interaction for the center with the headmaster under the influence of the traditional leadership management style;to be recessive challenge based on the "relationshp" to the traditional hierarchy interaction.However,the interactive relationship of school leadership team to be generated and its practice is hindered by the traditional leadership system,culture and the way of thinking.Therefore,the effective path to solve this problem is that to construct the leadership relations of participation,put the leadership atmosphere into cooperation dialogue,and change the leadership concept of performance management.
