In recent years,with the development of society and economy,women's consciousness is gradually awakening,more and more women participate in social production activities,and play an important role in social organizations,the proportion of female managers also showed a significant upward trend.According to the survey data,the proportion of female leaders in the United States is increasing,and the annual growth rate of 10%.The reasons are mainly the emancipation of social thought,the popularization of education and the enhancement of women's subjective consciousness.With the advent of the Internet era,the organizational structure of enterprises has become more flat,and the characteristics of enterprise community have become more obvious.In such a general trend,care,compassion and other more flexible management methods are being recognized by employees,modern social leadership gradually from rigid to flexible,that is,leaders need to stand in the perspective of employees,uphold the people-oriented concept,respect for the selfdevelopment of employees,respect for employees.The realization of self-worth also requires leaders to give employees some free space to become the real participants and builders of the enterprise,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm and loyalty of employees and promote the development of organizational climate.The contemporary society calls for an equal and harmonious way of leadership,advocating that leaders abandon the traditional means of command,manipulation and restraint,but hope to establish a more harmonious and humane management model,to encourage,coordinate and other flexible means of management subordinates,subordinates support and follow.Under this leadership concept,women leaders obviously have more advantages,which is why women leaders have gradually become an indispensable part of society,to a certain extent,affect and change the team atmosphere and growth of the organization.Firstly,this paper explains team effectiveness,and then makes a brief analysis of the factors that affect team effectiveness.From the perspective of team atmosphere,it explores the influence of female leaders' personality and leadership styles on team atmosphere.Based on this research,we designed a questionnaire to investigate dozens of female leaders and their team members.The collected data were analyzed,and the data matched with the research subject were analyzed by SPSS software.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the average,standard deviation,average difference comparison,ANOVA and so on.Through empirical analysis,we found that age,education,length of service,position,family status,emotional control ability and other factors greatly affect the team's feedback to women leaders.It means that different characteristics of female leadership have a significant impact on the construction of team atmosphere.According to the analysis results,the paper puts forward some suggestions for female leaders,business managers and macro-level social organizations.It has a certain reference value for women in the workplace and related research around them.
