Research On Cooperative Innovation Of Higher Vocational Education Network Organization

The educational organization is organizational supporter of higher vocation education development,the traditional organizational supporters of higher vocation education are the higher vocational colleges and relative institutions of single organizational form,the network organization of higher vocational education as a composite educational organizational form,is newborn thing of higher vocational education development in China in past decade,and is one of the important organizational forms to develop cooperative innovation for higher vocational education,as well as the cooperative innovation is an important development approach of netAVork organization of higher vocational education.Therefore,the cooperative innovation of network organization of higher vocational education is a new problem faced in development process of higher vocational education contemporarily.Since the late 1990s,the higher vocational education in China has entered a hitherto unknown rapid development period,at the same time,the organization form of higher vocational education has undergone great changes,while the traditional single organizations continue to play their original function and role5 a large number composite organization-network organization of higher vocational education has become a new form,it is the new trend of organizational development of higher vocational education in China.At present,the network organization of higher vocational education in China are mainly the three following types:the group type of network organization of higher vocational education is represented by higher vocational education group with industry characteristics,the cluster type of network organization of higher vocational education is represented by higher vocational education park with geographical cluster,the alliance type of network organization of higher vocational education is represented by higher vocational education alliance with functional characteristics.As the network organization of higher vocational education is a necessary prerequisite for cooperative innovation of higher vocational education;the cooperative innovation is the only way for development of network organization of higher vocational education,which is the best combination of cooperative innovation and network organization of higher vocational education.This paper follows the research thinking of theoretical analysis—practical case—theoretical construction—practical approach,with the network organization of higher vocational education as research object,uses a multidisciplinary methods,combines with the typical practice case of network organization of higher vocational education,analyses the development status of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher vocational education,clarifies the basic theory of network organization of higher vocational education and its cooperative innovation,constructs the practical model of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher vocational education,expounds the operational mechanism of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher vocational education,explores the development approach of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher vocational education,proposes the policy suggestion of cooperative innovation from idea innovation,organization innovation,institution innovation,model innovation,mechanism innovation,and so on.This paper is divided into five following parts:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter expounds the research background and significance,reviews the domestic and intermational literature,defines the core concepts involved in the research,makes sure the research purpose,research contents,research methods and research framework,sketches the possible innovation point in the research.The second chapter explains the basic theoretical issues of network organization of higher vocational education and its cooperative innovation.This chapter defines theoretically the formation cause,connotation characteristics,main types and function&influence of network organization of higher vocational education,and explains the basic characteristics,evolutionary period,influential factors,main form and its advantages&significance of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher vocational education.The third chapter analyzes the practical case of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher vocational education.This chapter selects the higher vocational education park in C city as a typical case,introduces mainly the case selection reason and its formation and development of higher vocational education park in C city,describes detailedly the development process and social influence as well as some specific practical cases in cooperative innovation of higher vocational education park in C city,at the end,evaluates the effect of cooperative innovation of higher vocational education park in C city and analyze the existing problems.The fourth chapter discusses the practical model and operational mechanism of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher vocational education.This chapter summarizes mainly the practical model of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher vocational education in the different subject range,organizational form,construction form and purpose orientation,and so on,and explains the operational mechanism of cooperative innovation for network organization of higher
