On The Operational Mechanism Of Universities’ Cooperative Innovation Organization

With the change of new times, the development of science and technology, theneed of innovation, it’s no doubt that it poses a challenge to the university. Universityplays a supporting role in promoting the establishment of an innovative country andinnovative regional power. Facing the current international situation, it appears a newdevelopment trend about global education, science and technology. When servicingthe society, it is imminent to promote the cooperative innovation among colleges anduniversities, government and enterprise. To some extent, its in domestic is laggingbehind China’s strategic needs. To implement collaborative innovation motivation inuniversity is to construct innovative country, improve international competitiveness,and promote the needs of the higher education universities. Through analysis andresearch, we can understand the present situation of the domestic synergy innovationorganization. For the plight of collaborative innovation in universities organizationoperation, such as collaborative innovation system barriers, diversified subject isdifficult to achieve consistency, academic evaluation system, scientific researchinstitutions, and the lack of a heavyweight to the leadership of the implementation ofcollaborative innovation organization command, After research, it puts forward somethinking.The main content of this paper include: First, it introduces the selected topicbackground. It makes a relevant literature review of the concept of universities,collaborative innovation, and cooperative innovation organization. Second, it tells thepresent situation and reason of collaborative innovation in universities organizationoperation, and represents the summary overview of two well-known universities athome and abroad. Third, it studies the construction of organization operationmechanism, which is the central part of this paper, respectively from the macrosystem security level; macro funds safeguard level and college internal level oforganization operation mechanism. And in the fourth chapter of the article, the authormakes a corresponding countermeasures research and put forward the followingSuggestions: First, based on the collaborative innovation platform path on theimplementation of scientific research, it should establish reasonable between systemsecurity system, to create the perfect benefit sharing safeguard mechanism; Secondly,in terms of the university itself, it should establish the idea of innovation value orientation, establish production with strategic alliance to perfect synergy innovationorganization self evaluation system; Finally, in terms of national level, it shouldimprove the system of organization operation of the security system and evaluationsystem, increase of collaborative innovation project funds investment, broaden thecooperative innovation such as the organization’s efforts in scientific research project.
