Research On Operating Mechanism Of Employment-oriented Higher Vocational Education In China

The problem of employment is related to the people's livelihood, whether to solve the problem better attracts the most attention. Higher vocational education plays an important role in the employment crisis which university students are confronted with. This article studies higher vocational education and comes to a conclusion that the innovation and creativity of job-oriented operational mechanism is the key to the development of vocational education. The author also raises a point of establishing job-oriented mechanisms.The first part is about the significance of selecting the topic and the domestic and foreign research. The author points out that in recent years the employment of university students attracted more attention and higher vocational education got further support. However, vocational education is still a weak link of national education. How to reform the system and promote the development of higher vocational education is an important topic being of realistic significance.The second part, the definition related to higher vocational education, is about the analysis on the component and meaning of operational mechanism of higher and shows the four elements of: school, society, market and government as well as the five subitems of operational mechanism: organization mechanism, regulative mechanism, supply and demand mechanism, and restriction mechanism.The third part, the job-oriented analysis on the development of higher vocational education., states the situation of study on job-oriented vocational education at home and abroad and the trend in development of worldwide vocational education, moreover, the author finds the barrier and bottleneck of the development of current vocational education The fourth part is how to set up the job-oriented operational mechanism of higher vocational education. Based on the study on the former chapters, the author proposes the establishment of the five subitems of operational mechanism -organization mechanism, regulative mechanism, supply and demand mechanism, and restriction mechanism, also states that the four elements-school, society, market and government are interrelated to each other.Through studying the job-oriented perational mechanism of higher vocational education, the article has analyzed the practical problems in the process of higher vocational education and its origin, simultaneously proposed a practicable solution, which expands our new mind for the development of higher vocational education in a new stage.
