Research On The Operational Mechanism Of School-enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Education

School-enterprise cooperation in the higher vocational education is a directlyinvolved in active participation and the combination based on the internal meed ofboth sides’. Its essence is to integrate the higher education，the society and theproduction，forming the organic whole of the mutual dependence，promotion andcomplementation. However，school-enterprise cooperation is still confronted withmany difficulties. It’s an urgent and new task need to solute that how to overcome thedifficult position and how to realize the breakthrough of the new type of theschool-enterprise cooperation.This article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is introduction，whichinclude the research background， the research status review， the researchsignificance，the research content and the research methods. The second chapterexpounded the related concept，analyzed the operation status of school-enterprisecooperation and discussed the macro and micro factors which influence the operationof school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education. The third chapterintroduced the concept of the cooperative game theory，and on this basis studied thechoice of the strategy in a simple single game and in a repeated many times games，atthe same time，it also compared the operation of the cooperation between the twokinds of game state. The fourth chapter put forward the specific measures to push thehigher vocational education development school-enterprise cooperation frominnovation the thought of running school-enterprise cooperation in China’s highervocational education and perfect the operation system of school-enterprisecooperation.The research can provide theoretical analysis basis and method for the practice ofschool-enterprise cooperation，at the same time，the research on the operationalmechanism can provide some reference value for the cooperation between highervocational school and enterprise for the school-enterprise cooperation.
