Hundred years plan,education-based,education plan,teacher-oriented.Whether it is to sort out the texts of normal education or to make systematic investigations on them,it is all necessary research to further improve the overall development of teacher education.Through the review of the history of the development of the centennial teacher education system,it provides a historical basis for the local creation of the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics and the practical guidance of the teacher education system,and at the same time it also maintains the national characteristics of the teacher education system under the background of globalization.The inevitable choice of enhancing the discourse power of educational theory is also the realistic demand to make the research of teacher education out of the predicament.The thesis examines the changes of the century-old teacher education system from the historical perspective.Based on the general situation of normal education system and the changes of various components,this dissertation,basing on the normal development profile of the system of normalized texts and the general situation of normal education,Law and comparative study,find out the path selection of the development of teacher education system in the process of change,analyze the enlightenment of integrating the evolution of teacher education system,and then make a reasonable interpretation of the problems that appear in the current reform of teacher education in order to achieve the purpose of history.The main body of the thesis is divided into three parts.First,on the basis of the dynamic adjustment of the school system as the basis for the dynamic adjustment of the normal education system,the general situation of the development of normal education in the past hundred years is included,through the creation of the normal education system in the late Qing Dynasty,the revision of the period of the Republic of China and the review of the continuous innovation and perfection after the founding of the new China,in order to see the normal education The epitome of the development of the system.Secondly,according to the classification of the basic elements of the normal education system,the contents of the teacher education policy,the normal education curriculum system,the teacher training mode and the teacher qualification system are analyzed and analyzed.Finally,the teachers education system is composed in the course of more than 100 years of history development.Some different ways of change can realize the deep grasp of the evolution process of the normal education system.Finally,based on the combing of the changes in the education system of Teacher Education in China for one hundred years,this study shows that in the process of the formation of the normal education system,it not only includes the evolution of the evolution of the political,economic,cultural and other external factors,but also is deeply influenced by the endogenous factors,that is,the endogenous factors.The value pursuit of the degree itself,the adjustment of the function and the influence brought by the adjustment of the surrounding relations,these two factors intersect,and promote the development and perfection of the normal education system.At the same time,in more than a hundred years of change,the teacher education system itself has accumulated rich experience in constantly balancing,adjusting the relationship between national interests and personal value pursuit,resource allocation efficiency and equity,breaking the imprisoned system of anomie and seeking the prospective construction of normal education system.In order to improve normal education policy system,we should consolidate the policy foundation of normal education system under the perfect normal education policy system.While promoting the optimization of normal education curriculum structure,it will create the connotation development of normal education system and constantly innovate the normal education mode.The professional orientation of the normal education system.We should standardize the system of teacher qualification,realize the fair construction of the normal education system,and finally make a new historic contribution to the socialist modernization drive.
