Actors Of The System Construction: Laminated To Institutional Change

Author paid attention to the Institution Change Theory. Based on the institution of rural Land circulation and transaction in China, author presented a model called "Accumulative Institution Change" to explain the institutional change. This model suggests that agencies staying at different positions of an institution will change the features of the institution partly through their action. While different changed parts of this institution accumulating gradually, the whole institution is also changing.
