Research On The Characteristics Andevaluationsystem Of Core Competitive Ablity Of Chinese High-level Golfers

This thesis selects the constituents of the core competitive ability of Chinese high-level golfers by consulting the literature,expert survey interviews,combining with the characteristics of sports training theory and golf;and obtains the corresponding data by taking the members of the Chinese golfteam as the test objects to conduct the actual measurement of related indicators.It adopts the statistical analysis method to determine the index system and its weight and works out more comprehensive structuralcharacteristics and evaluation criteria of the core competitive ability elements of high-level Chinese golfers.It also deducts and summarizes the characteristics of the golf;analyzes the characteristics of the training of high-level Chinese golfers in order to provide a theoretical reference for the scientific training and evaluation of the golf in the future.After research and analysis,the thesis makes the following conclusions:1.Bytheoretically describing the characteristics of the golffrom four aspects: rule characteristics,energy supply system characteristics,technical structure and main sections,the thesis summarizes the winning factors of the sport as "far,saving,accurate,and stable".2.Considering the overseas description of each elements of the golf sport core competitive ability structure,the thesis concludes the golf characteristics of physical ability,skills,psychological and tactical ability.3.Through the primary selection,expert screening and actual measurement of index data of the golfer’s competitive ability elements,adopting statistical analysis and other methods,the thesis determines the physical ability,skills and psychologicalability as the core competitive abilities of the golf sport;as well as the typical evaluation index system and index weight of each element;it also works out the comprehensive evaluation criteria that the score of 78.07 or above is excellent for men and that of 78.61 or above is excellent for women.By inverse calculation,it shows that it can reflect the golfers’ core competitive ability level in a better way and has certain evaluation effect.4.The body shape of high-level Chinese golfers is mainly composed of bodily circumferencefactor,length factor,plumpnessfactor and width factor.The athletes exhibit low content of body fat,powerful strength of upper limb,long arm,well-developedupper limbs and trunk muscles,and strong,powerful and well-balanced body shape.5.The physical function of high-level Chinese golfers during the assemble for trainingis mainly composed of restorability factor,hormone level factor and aerobic ability factor.The athletes exhibitthe characteristics of strong aerobic ability,strong restorability and high level of strength and endurance.6.The physical quality of high-level Chinese golfers consists of five factors: limb strength factor,lower limb explosive force factor,lumbo-abdominal strength factor,balance ability factor and basic endurance factor.The athletes exhibit strong upper limb strength,lower-limb explosive force and lateral hiprotation strength transmission ability,as well as good balance stability ability and basic aerobic ability.7.The technical capability of high-level Chinese golfers is mainly composed of three factors: comprehensive capacity factor,accuracy factor and length factor.The athletes exhibitthe characteristics of comprehensive-skill application ability that combines long distance and accuracy.8.The sports psychology of high-level Chinese golfers is mainly composed of volitional quality factor,self-confidence factor and pre-match emotional factor.The athletes exhibit the characteristics of strong volitional quality,strong self-confidence and good emotional control ability.9.According to the core competitive ability characteristics of high-level Chinese golfers,combined with the high-level Chinese golfers’ current actual situation of the assemble for training and the participation in competition,the thesistheoretically describes the current high-level Chinese golfers’ training characteristics and obtains the overall training characteristics of “Technology First and Highlight Personalized Training”.
