There is a sharp contradiction between the new needs of high school development and the real school life of high school students,which is manifested as follows: on one hand,as high school students,self-awareness are more strengthened and multiple value choices and utilitarianism are highlighted in this special social transformation period,in which high school education is changing from a single academic preparatory period to a stage to promote the well-being development of the students.High school,on the other hand,has yet to get rid of the traditional evaluation method,taking entrance exam and high scores as the single way.This one-dimensional assessment as well as utilitarian education value pursuit brings a great deal of pressure for high school students.At the same time,the confusion of life value under the high competitive environment,lack of creativity,career planning and motivation all contributes the less youth and vigor of school life.To solve this contradiction,this paper attempts to build a life education,which acts several functions,not only support system to satisfy students' mental freedom to grow,also help the students finish college and career preparation and to be a social citizen and finally to fulfill the educational aim to improve the quality of life of the student campus life,enrich students spiritual life,and promote students' career planning ability.This paper summarizes and refines the construction strategy of education support system of life,constructs the tree model of education support system of life,and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions of education specifically to deal with the contradiction of education in the high school.The research mainly uses the method of investigation and case study,taking the theory of life education for reference.All data from 10 experimental and demonstration high schools in Shanghai and one practical exploration of life education in Jianping High School serves as the systematic analysis sources.This study consists of nine chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.On the basis of the overview of the importance of high school education,it describes some extreme cases of high school students' ignorance of individual life.From the social perspective of high school life education and the challenge for the ontology perspective and from the superficial to the deep and from the surface to the inside,this chapter sums up that life perfect education support system is the key solution to the problem caused by the high demand of school life education and it is also the core task of the research.In the second chapter,through literature analysis,the paper sorted out the motivation and value orientation of life education,the implementation path of life education and the existing research of life education support system.Through the study of domestic life education literature,we maintain that the motivation for the implementation of life education needs to be clarified before establishing the life education support system,the life education theory research needs to be carried out,the life education curriculum system needs to be established,and various off-campus factors need to be considered.Chapter three analyzes the philosophical basis of life education,including Bergson's view of the essence of‘life lies in creation',Freud's view of the motivation of ‘life lies in inner impulse'in psychoanalytic theory,and the state of life of‘life lies in harmony'in Chinese philosophy.The theoretical basis of life education support system includes modern neuroscience,social psychology,piaget's structuralism and biological theory.In combination with the literature study in chapter two,the elements of education support system for life were preliminarily extracted,and three aspects of building education support system for life were preliminarily determined,namely,building education ontology system for life,building education support system for life,and building the regulation system for education.Also Combined with the literature study in chapter two,the education of Chinese high school should infiltrate the essence of Chinese culture,and this chapter also makes theoretical research on the Chinese cultural foundation of education of life.In chapter 4,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the status of high school life education in 10 schools in Shanghai,including an experimental high school affiliated to a university directly under the Shanghai municipal education commission and nine representative experimental high schools covering five districts in Shanghai.The questionnaire aims at three different objects: students,parents and teachers,and analyzes the actual situation of life education in Shanghai high school from the understanding and attitude of life education,the content,form,implementation and evaluation of life education curriculum.The fifth chapter is based on the questionnaire survey data to analyze the causes that affect the status quo of life education,and put forward three ideas for the construction of life education support system: First,to clarify the status of life education in school education,the construction of life education curriculum system.The second is to link the development of teachers with their life education achievements and build the evaluation system of life education.Third,strengthen the interaction between family,students and teachers and build a comprehensive and three-dimensional life education support system.Based on the above investigation,chapter 6 to chapter 8 will analyze Shanghai Jianping High School as a case.The life education support system of it is composed of life education ontology system,life education safeguard system and life education regulation system.Life education ontology system is a ‘concentric circles' structure of the curriculum system,of which the core is self-understanding and self-growth as the goal of career development planning guidance curriculum.These courses aim at to develop students' interpersonal skills,such as social work ability and interpersonal communication ability and to inspire students innovative ability.After several rounds of implementation,life education ontology system improved the students' comprehensive qualities,and initially formed a ‘home-school – society' tripartite together life education teaching environment.Life education guarantee system is a management system with the characteristics of "teacher and student educating together".It is composed of four parts: student independent management mechanism,teacher diversified development management mechanism,campus environment construction and society resources guaranteed.This system provides teachers,materials,daily operation and environment protection for the implementation of life education in Jianping High School.The education regulating system of life is composed of the student's emotional monitoring and early warning mechanism and the quantitative assessment of student's life education increment,which is mainly used to monitor,warn,evaluate and feedback the process and achievements of life education to promote life education.The research conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1)the main problem of life education in Shanghai is lack of self-consistency,integrity and openness,which directly affects the development of high school students;(2)The way to break through the bottleneck of life education in high school is not only to take life education as a course,more important is to take it as a whole ecosystem.Life education refers to the broad sense of life achievements and a complete education,thus life education,as a new system of schools help students grow;(3)it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the three levels of life education to ensure the integrity of the system;(4)it is necessary to integrate philosophy,culture and society to forge the soul of the system,so as to make it open;(5)finally,this paper proposes a tree-like model of education support system with self-consistency,integrity and openness,referring to the ecosystem view,and emphasizes the transition from education to education.
