Special education is an educational activity to make up for its own defects.The emergence of special special educational institutions is marked by the organization of relief,charity,and the shelter of the deaf in the coastal cities of modern Western Christianity in Shanghai and other coastal cities.Therefore,Shanghai has become the birthplace and the heavy town of modern special education.In the past more than 30 years since reform and opening up,special education in Shanghai has been continuously explored.The special education experience of Shanghai has gradually developed from a weak field of attention to the important project of "one vote veto" for regional education.The development goal and mode gradually evolved from "ensuring the synchronous development of universal education and special education" into "to adapt to the characteristics of the modern international city of Shanghai and the first to realize the educational modernity." The mainstream education concept and method also developed from the degree of disability to the development of isolation and classification education to provide lifelong,integrated,sexual,and "combination of medical and medical education" to promote the social integration and comprehensive development of disabled students.The comprehensive education service.From the point of view of the educational system,Shanghai has created various conditions and opportunities,and established a special education system with special education schools as the backbone,special education classes and attending classes as the main body,and the special education system from preschool education to higher education and the integration of putt from the preschool education to the higher education.A process of gradually integrating from relatively independent settings to absorbing general education curriculum features and trends.Therefore,this article selects the special education in Shanghai for 1978-2010 years as the main research object,trying to sort out the changes and development of special education in Shanghai in the past thirty-two years,mainly by analyzing the evolution of the special education policy of Shanghai,the establishment of the system,the evolution of the special education curriculum and the special education teachers,and summing up the experience.Find problems and enlighten the future.
