Research On Current Status And Countermeasures Of Physical Education In Special Educationschool Shanghai

With the social progress and development, social material civilization and spirit civilization improved continuously, The disabled and special education in China become the focus problems of government and society. Special physical education is an important part of special education. Goal of special physical education is"Grasp the basic method of physical exercise,develop good personal hygiene habit,physical quality and health level is improved,grasp the basic methods of compensation for their defects,physical defects have certain degree of rehabilitation".Thus,physical education is very important in special education.This article uses the method of documentary, questionnaire survey, interviewing method, mathematical statistics and field study.Working on 19 special education schools in Shanghai, survey and analyse the physical education, PE teachers, extracurricular sports activities and training, facilities and funds, found that Shanghai special school physical education in recent years has obtained some achievements: PE teaching has special formulated materials and outline for special student, PE teachers' age and academic structure are reasonable, teachers' scientific research ability is excellent; Morning exercises and class-break setting-up exercise develop very well;outdoors sites and equipment can meet the basic needs of PE,results of extracurricular sports training is very good. Also existed some shortage,mainly: the purpose of students' physical education is not clear,there is not a set of effective PE curriculum evaluation method currently, contents of physical education lacks of sports rehabilitation. Implementation situation of < School sports eligibility criteria >is less optimistic ;professional special PE teachers are seldom,lacking of high titles PE teacher , male and female teachers' proportion is irrational,extracurricular sports activities lacks of organization and guidance;lack of indoor sports stadiums。According to existent problems and reality in Shanghai special schools, put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion: Increase management and supervision of the PE teaching,updating PE teaching concepts,strengthen sports awareness of disable students, accelerate the reform of physical education, implement sports and health curriculum standard, enrich physical education teaching contents and forms, open up programs such as body building, entertaining and rehabilitation, establish PE teaching evaluation system which contains kinds of content and methods, reforme and develope current sports practice method and means to adapt special sports teaching needs,strengthen knowledge and ability training for in-service PE teachers', open new subjects of special physical education,train high quality, high-level professional talents, fade competitive sports items, enrich extracurricular sports activities,fully exert various human resources, strengthen extracurricular sports organization, combined with regular school sports activities and develop extracurricular sports competition, promote communication between special students and society,add sports funds, improve sports facilities construction, increase indoor venues。...
