At the present stage of China,the issue of educational inequality has its own unique form of expression,that is,the way of presentation is becoming more and more implicit,and the scope of its spread is becoming more and more basic,but the result and influence is significant—Not only in the individual,so as to produce a degree of distinction in the group;Not just within one generation,but across generations.This trend gradually accumulates and manifests itself in various explicit and implicit forms in social education or even in the transformation channel between society and school education.Research by genetic method,try to put forward the assumption,education inequality in modern social is based on the education resource allocation,by the elements of a resource—education opportunities and education quality—interaction as a private intermediary variables,through the period of elements and cumulative advantage role conversion step by step.Through the method of historical genesis,it is found from the theoretical review of the practice and cognitive development of education,taking the cognitive development as the critical point,the forms of educational inequality are divided into relational inequality and resource allocation inequality.Our current research is based on the concept of resources and the discussion of educational inequality in the sense of resource allocation.The educational inequality based on the distribution of educational resources is becoming increasingly prominent,and at the same time,the inequality of this distribution is closely related to the relationship and status of economic capital and cultural capital.To a large extent,that is the inequality of the dominant relationship,extends to the field of distribution,resulting in the inequality of distribution.And the inequality of resource allocation rationalizes and solidifies the inequality of original dominant relationship.The mechanism plays an important role in the mutual formation and transformation of the two.Using phylogenetic method,this paper analyzes the mechanism of educational inequality in China,and concludes that the process can be composed of dynamic mechanism,intermediary mechanism,process mechanism and integration mechanism.Look from the mechanism of chain reaction,the efficiency for the development of the contradiction between substance and law of education itself,individual education expectation and resource acquisition ability of different conflicts,and early education have been rendered implicit differentiation cause,thus forming the whole logical endpoint and the dynamic mechanism of the development of education inequity;Through the education quality for the mediation of differentiation of recessive to dominant,eventually form the accumulation of resources with high quality and the deprivation of inferior resources,namely the inequality of the mediation mechanism,transmission mechanism: the quality of education to the completion of the intermediary role of class and can be decomposed into school and student academic achievement two intermediary variables,the two variables respectively to schools and families,education opportunities and education quality to connect with the intermediary transformation;These variables are reduced to a general form with resource as ontology,that is,to the core and essential-process mechanism of educational inequality—educational stratification.Through the introduction of the concept and nature of resources,and related resources economics theory evidence analysis,the efficiency of the resources to produce essential attribute determines its optimal optimal matching the inevitable reality characterization,to break the single market,overall efficiency optimization of resources,requires different directional control macro policies;This is also reflected in the concerted efforts of the macro system and market forces.The system and market constitute the participation mechanism for the generation of educational inequality,and ultimately link and integrate the inequality with practice.Combined integration mechanism,the establishment of resource order and therealization of resource integration become the exploration path to resolve educational inequality.Based on the case study of resource integration in school districts,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on education policy making,that is,schools should strengthen their independence and autonomy in the face of resource transformation.In view of the characteristics of the pursuit of efficiency,we should observe the power of evaluation and the concept change of evaluation subject in the evaluation of education quality.The structuring of resources and the occurrence of educational inequality under the action of multiple factors need systematic and comprehensive treatment.According to the blindness of resource flow,a "good order" should be established to emphasize the diversification of development and the focus on the growth of human beings.
