Employment is the people's livelihood problem and is also an eternal topic.The report of the 16 th National Congress of CPC put forward “Try to expand employment”.Then the 17 th National Congress of CPC put forward “ Implement an expanded employment strategy”.By now the 18 th National Congress of CPC put forward “to achieve a higher quality to promote employment”.Employment problem should not only focus on the employment of "quantity",more attention to the "quality".At present,the number of graduates from vocational colleges and schools is large.Their employment rate is high,but the quality of employment is not optimistic.If long-term employment quality is low,it will not only affect the economic transformation and upgrading,but also affect the development of vocational education,which may also affect social harmony and stability.According to the characteristics of the vocational education to cultivate talents,the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges is determined by the quality of graduates' employment.The development of vocational education itself and the improvement of connotation quality need to be measured from the export end--the employment quality of graduates.And to measure the whole process of talent cultivation in vocational colleges and schools is also depended on it.So,it is necessary to accurately grasp the employment quality of vocational colleges and schools.To give a real and objective evaluation to the quality of employment,.analyze the influencing factors of employment quality in the field of vocational colleges and schools,and study the path selection of improving employment quality in the field of vocational colleges and schools has become an urgent problem needed to be answered.Based on the above background,this study reviewed the existing research literature and research method,perspective.In terms of the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,the research on this topic includes the following content:1.On the basis of literature review,combined with the questionnaire survey data,the study obtained vocational college and schools' graduates employment quality of 7 first-level indicators.Then used the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(Ahp)concluded 18 secondary distribution of index weights and the weight distribution,which can reflect the connotation of employment quality.By referring to the connotation index,the method of qualitative research is used to describe the employment quality of graduates.And then analyzed the dilemma for the employment quality of graduates.2.Using education reproduction practice theory and human capital accumulation theory,starting from the relationship between the colleges and schools' field and the quality of employment,the students' habituation and the school field and the students' habituation and the quality of employment,this paper analyzed the three-dimensional linkage between the field of vocational colleges,the students' habituation and the quality of employment by using the optimal scale analysis.The five main factors that influence the employment quality of graduates are: curriculum setting,training mode,vocational guidance,literacy education and post-post tracking service.The conceptual model of three-dimensional linkage closed-loop was constructed.Finally,the influence factors are verified by case comparison method.3.Using the method of literature,field around vocational colleges six main factors affecting the quality of graduate employment,the path method for improving the employment quality of graduates in Swiss and American STC professional education is analyzed.It is a reference for the choice of route selection and countermeasures.4.On the basis of vocational colleges field factors affecting quality of graduate employment concept model,this paper expounds the ways and countermeasures from fit type curriculum,the integration of training mode,immersion literacy education and cultural activities,valet career guidance and after tracking service etc.five aspects,in order to put forward the way choice and the countermeasures for the promotion of the employment quality of vocational graduates.
