Study On Employment Quality And Countermeasures Of Vocational College Graduates

Under the background of the rapid development of higher vocational education,the employment problem of graduates of higher vocational colleges,especially the employment quality problem,has attracted more social attention.For graduates of higher vocational colleges,employment is not difficult,but the difficulty is the quality of employment.The quality of employment is actually an organic combination of subjective and objective.Among them,"objective" is mainly reflected in the characteristics of the work that workers are engaged in and their wage and salary status,while "subjective" is reflected in the degree of satisfaction of workers with the current employment situation and the matching of jobs with their willingness to work.Taking Shaanxi Province A College as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the employment quality of graduates of Shaanxi Province A College through field inspections and questionnaires,finds out the current problems,and deeply explores the impact of higher vocational colleges.Factors of graduate employment quality,and finally put forward corresponding measures to properly solve.The full text is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the question,the second chapter expounds the relevant theoretical basis,and the third chapter is the survey of the current situation of the employment quality of A college graduates,from the employment rate,employment level,career development,satisfaction four one.And A college employment quality comprehensive evaluation,find out A college employment quality problems;The fourth chapter is the specific path to improve the employment quality of A college graduates;The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions on improving the employment quality of graduates of A College from other aspects。The study found that the government,enterprises,schools and graduates are all important factors affecting the employment quality of graduates of higher vocational colleges.If higher vocational colleges want to improve the quality of employment in the new era,they need to start from the following aspects:Schools,including innovative talent training model,adhere to the employment "master project",the teaching content focuses on skills training,perfecting employment work system,adhering to the advantages and characteristics of the industry in running schools,following the market to optimize professional Settings,comprehensively strengthening employment guidance services,visiting and researching to broaden employment channels,carrying out in-depth help for entrepreneurship and employment,and inviting alumni to carry out employment guidance.In terms of graduates,we should have a clear understanding of the employment situation,correct employment attitude,improve human capital,strengthen professional skills,make good career planning and increase job-hunting skills,learn the spirit of craftsman,practice craftsman skills,improve professional quality and improve comprehensive quality.In other aspects,first,it actively communicated with government departments and made suggestions;second,it sought for various supports and increased investment;third,it deepened school-enterprise cooperation and established a school-enterprise community with a shared future.The specific measures proposed in this paper can help improve the employment quality of graduates of A College,and also play A certain reference effect on the standardized construction of employment in higher vocational colleges.
