Research On The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Vocational College Students’ Professional Action Ability In Jiangxi Province

With the announcement of the policy to enroll one million in higher professional education in 2019,higher professional education has ushered in a new wave of challenges.Higher vocational education is a type of education to cultivate practical talents.It must play its part in cultivating the professional agency of students in higher vocational colleges and taking on the important task of delivering high-quality talents to society.In an era of rapid development in all walks of life,it is the quality of the cultivation of talent that will play a decisive role in the future development of a country and a society.Higher vocational education,as the main body delivering highly qualified talents to society,is particularly important to improve the quality of student training in higher vocational universities.At the same time,the capacity for professional action is the central connotation of students graduating from vocational colleges.Understanding the current situation,the problems and the solutions of cultivating the professional capacity of the students of the higher vocational schools has become a major problem that my country universities urgently need to solve.This document contains four aspects:The first part of this article is the introduction.The introduction presents the research background and importance of this article.It also explains the reasons for the selection of the topic,as well as the purpose and importance of the research.Then,do a related research summary and clarify domestic and foreign related research reviews;Then explain the research ideas and methods in this article,and then define the related concepts and divide the professional action ability,mainly from the basic ability,job search ability and development ability three Aspects to start graduation of the next higher vocational school To lay the groundwork for research on the status quo and problems of students’ professional capacity for action.The second and third parts are the focus of this research.Questionnaire surveys are used to investigate the status quo of professional mobility of graduates of higher vocational schools in Jiangxi Province;Then,the existing problems in the current situation and the impact on the higher vocational schools in the province of Jiangxi,the reasons for the professional action capacity of university graduates are analyzed from the three levels of government,society and society.schools.The last part is to analyze and explain the principles and strategies for cultivating the capacity for professional action of students in higher vocational schools.
