Research On The Cultivation Of Professional Ability Of Accounting Majors In Higher Vocational Colleges

Under the influence of "ability-based" thinking,students'vocational ability is an important baton of higher vocational education.Taking Hunan as an example,Hunan education administrative department conducts spot checks of vocational skills,vocational skills competitions and graduation design checks every year for vocational students,all of which emphasize the "ability-based" thinking.In this study,we take the vocational skills training of accounting major students in A Technical Vocational Institute as an example,and analyze the status quo,problems and causes of vocational training of accounting major students in A Technical Vocational College by means of literature research and field research.First of all,based on the experience of higher vocational education,professional ability and accounting occupation ability,this article defines professional ability and accounting occupation ability,and defines several core vocational skills that accounting major students should possess:Professional ethics practice ability,occupation basic ability,accounting profession ability,accounting profession practice ability four parts.Secondly,after the questionnaire and interviews with graduates,students,employers and teachers of Accounting Major of A Technical Vocational College,we found that the accounting major of A Technical Vocational College has the following problems in cultivating students' occupational ability:The training of accounting student performance ethics is not enough;the pertinent professional basic ability training curriculum system is not formed;the investment in accounting professional occupational ability training hardware is insufficient;and the training of accounting profession practice ability needs to be improved.Thirdly,deeply analyzes the main reason why there is a series of problems in the accounting specialty of A Technical Vocational College in the cultivation of students'professional ability.One is the social ethos lead accounting students to deviate from the track of professional ethics;the second is the inherent stereotypes of higher vocational students led to neglect the basic ability to train students;third is the lack of occupational competence evaluation system weakened the ability of accounting major;Fourth,the lack of cooperation between schools and enterprises lead to Accounting professional practice ability.Finally,it puts forward some measures to improve the professional ability of accounting majors in A Technical Vocational College,that is,attaching great importance to the training of students' professional ethics in accounting major;reconstructing the course system of accounting major,strengthening the cultivation of student accounting basic ability;Base.construction conditions,improve students' accounting professional ability;strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise,improve student accounting profession practice ability.
