Since 1999,China has began the expansion of the enrollment in colleges and universities, the speed of which has been increasing by 20% pre-year on average, at the same time, the effective need for employment market did not increase, inevitably resulting in the annual decrease of the employment rate. The issue of employment has also been the focus of the public opinion. However, the cultivation of the professional adaptive ability which can effectively help students find a job is still a vacancy in our educational system. This article will put forward to cultivation system of the professional adaptive ability suitable for our situation by analyzing the employment situation of the graduates in colleges and universities, in this way, students can get less hinder, and realize the employment as soon as possible.The whole article is divided into 5 parts.The First Part : the introduction, present the situation for professional adaptive capacity as the research background analysis of the professional adaptive ability of students, introduc the research methods of the paper.The Second Part : the concept and connotation of professional adaptivity, the research of the theory at home and abroadThe Third Part : analyzing the professional adaptive capacity according to the questionnaire from the questionnaire in some universities, point out the problem of the interpersonal relation,carerr consciousness,and the deletion in the system of education.The Fourth Part : how to build the more reasonable professional adaptive cultivating model, and come up with the duty and requirement of the three factors: students,colleges and universities,and the society, even the ways of strengthen the graduates'professional adaptive ability.The Fifth Part: the conclusion.
