The Cultivating Model System Structure Of The Professional Adaptive Ability For University Students

Since 1999,China has began the expansion of the enrollment in colleges and universities, the speed of which has been increasing by 20% pre-year on average, at the same time, the effective need for employment market did not increase, inevitably resulting in the annual decrease of the employment rate. The issue of employment has also been the focus of the public opinion. However, the cultivation of the professional adaptive ability which can effectively help students find a job is still a vacancy in our educational system.
