At the National Symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools,the General Secretary clearly pointed out that the role of Ideological and political theory courses in schools is irreplaceable,and it is the key course for schools to build morality and cultivate people.It is not only decisive for realizing ‘The Two Centennial Goals',but also decisive for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities can only be strengthened continuously,absolutely not weakened,but constantly raised to a higher level.Therefore,it is necessary to study the basic categories of ideological and political theory teaching for undergraduates in colleges and universities in order to strengthen the ideological and political theory course for undergraduates and improve its level.Theory originates from specific practical activities,and theory plays an important guiding role in practice.Practice is not only the source of theory,but also the cause of theory development.The construction of the basic category of teaching is the cornerstone of launching the theoretical research on the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the guiding position of Marxism in the teaching of ideological and political theory,to strengthen and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities under the new situation,to promote the development and innovation of disciplines,and to cultivate new youth in the new era with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.Marxist philosophy holds that the category consisting of basic concepts in various theoretical systems is the most general essential connection formed by thinking to generalize and reflect objective things,and the category contributes to the understanding of the objective world in human science.The basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities is a summary and reflection of the relationship between various phenomena in the teaching activities of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities,as well as the essence of general concepts such as teaching characteristics and teaching aspects.How to form a highly theoretical teaching theory through theoretical generalization of the practical experience of the teaching of ideological and political theory course,which is not a simple description of the teaching process and activity experience,nor a description of the phenomena of the general thoughts and behaviors of teaching,but a rational understanding of teaching.It is a hot and difficult problem in the teaching theory research of this course to sum up its inherent essence and rules by summarizing the general phenomena of teaching.With the increasing importance attached to the teaching of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,researchers in academic circles have carried out more and more research on teaching theory,and achieved certain results in theoretical research on teaching methods and other aspects.But the results are still some sporadic studies that have not reached the level of accuracy and systematization and have not formed some categories which are the unified understanding of the basic categories of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.And the results are not scientific,accurate,standardized and systematic enough to elaborate the basic contents of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities,what's more,the research on the characteristics and functions of basic categories needs to be deepened.In the definition of connotation,those studies fail to reveal the particularity of the teaching of ideological and political theory course;in the definition of extension,they confuse and equate the category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course with the basic category.This series of problems require us to carry out a more in-depth study on the theoretical system of the teaching of ideological and political theory course,and further break through and deepen the basic categories of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.The research on the basic categories of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities is guided by Marxist Philosophical Dialectical Materialism and Historical Materialism,takes the practical activities of ideological and political theory teaching as the realistic basis,and takes exploring the logical content of the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities as the main research object.It carries out a series of studies around functions,characteristics,principles of construction,concrete contents and structures of basic categories of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.In the hope of forming a systematic teaching theory for ideological and political theory teaching,providing theoretical guidance for enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching and contributing to the category research of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities in the new epoch,it tries to preliminarily construct the basic category system of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.There are four parts in this paper,which consists of eight chapters:The first part contains Chapter One,which belongs to the introduction part.It mainly elaborates the basis of the research on the basic categories of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.This part elaborates the reasons for the research first,then sum up the related research both here and abroad,and then defines the basic concepts of this paper,such as "category","basic category of teaching","the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities","the basic categories of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities".Finally,it expounds the research ideas,methods,difficulties and main innovations.The second part,including Chapter Two and Chapter Three,elaborates the ideological origin and basic theory of the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.In order to explore the relationship between the basic category of teaching and the dissemination and education of mainstream ideology from a historical perspective,and lay a foundation for the construction of the basic category system of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities,this part first combs the basic category of teaching described by mainstream ideology from three dimensions of Marxism,Chinese traditional culture and Western society.Secondly,guided by Historical Materialism and Dialectical Materialism,this part grasps the inherent stipulation and existence basis of the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities,and expounds the characteristics,functions and basic principles of the basic category.As the logical form of dialectical thinking,the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities not only has certain logical content,but also has specific logical features,functions and construction principles.Feathers include the unity of objectivity and subjectivity,the unity of integrity under guidance and education teaching hierarchy,the unity of absolute science and relative interests,and the unity of practice and cognition.This basic category has three main functions,which are guarantee function,method function and constructive function.Guarantee function refers to the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities assured the teachers and students successfully complete the teaching task,ensures that college students set up the correct ideal faith and political direction,meanwhile,ensures that they can cultivate lofty ideological and political consciousness.Method function refers to that the basic category of ideological and political theory course teaching in colleges and universities is the way to solve various ideological puzzles in the process of college students' growth,the way to promote the comprehensive development of college students,and the way to improve the basic project of socialist spiritual civilization quality in colleges and universities.Constructive function refers to that the basic category of ideological and political theory course teaching in colleges and universities is an important part of the construction of the theoretical system of this course,an important part of the construction of cultivating and carrying forward the socialist core value system,and a necessary condition for the construction and improvement of Chinese spiritual temperament.The research and construction of the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities should follow five basic principles:the principle of unity of knowledge and practice,the principle of people-oriented and comprehensive development,the principle of problem-oriented,the principle of rising from abstract to concrete,the principle of combining science with thought.The third part is the fourth chapter.This part mainly carries on the empirical research to the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.On the basis of theoretical research,it further verifies and analyses the scientificity of constructing the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities and the rationality and logic of the specific content of the basic category.In order to construct a scientific basic category and scientific and correct teaching theory of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities,using specific empirical analysis methods,such as questionnaires,structural equation models and regression analysis,this part attempts to analyze and summarize college students' attitudes towards the teaching of ideological and political theory,and then summarizes the logical structure and content of the basic categories,at the same time,reveals the empirical reasons for the formation of concrete logical content of the basic categories of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities from the macro and micro perspectives.The fourth part,this part contains four chapters,namely Chapter 5,Chapter 6,Chapter 7 and Chapter 8,which are both the focus and the foothold of the full text.This part mainly analyses and expounds the concrete logical content of the basic category of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities.According to the general logical structure of the category system,this part establishes the basic category structure system of the teaching of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities,which takes "knowledge,thought and behavior" as the starting category,"teachers and students" as the central category," ideology "," theory indoctrination and emotional guidance ","theoretical teaching,practice teaching,management teaching" as the intermediary category,and "theory consciousness and ideological consciousness" as the effectiveness category,"internalization and externalization" as the destination category.And the meaning,reason,characteristics and functions of the above categories are discussed one by one,and the relationship between each category is elaborated,as well as the significance of demonstrating and studying each group of basic categories.In the teaching activities of ideological and political theory course for undergraduates in colleges and universities,we should correctly handle the dialectical relationship between each group of basic categories.It is of great constructive value to study and discuss the logical content of the basic category of ideological and political teaching.Finally,this paper summarizes the constructive value of the basic category.
