| In the process of education and teaching,students are the subjective existence with independent consciousness and subjective initiative.They can mobilize their enthusiasm,carry out self-education,self-management,self-service and enhance their self-realization ability.Students’ subjectivity in the course of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities refers to the autonomy,initiative and creativity shown by students as educatees when they deal with the relations with teachers,study and other teaching in the course of ideological and political theory teaching.Giving full play to students’ subjectivity is not only the inevitable result for educators to deeply understand the rules of education and teaching and respect students’ dominant position,but also an important point to deepen education and teaching reform and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching.Under the current situation,it is of great significance to give full play to students’ subjectivity for further stimulating teachers’ enthusiasm in education and teaching,mobilizing students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning,improving the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching,completing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and promoting students’ all-round development.Our Party has always attached great importance to the construction of ideological and political theory courses.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has issued several documents on promoting the construction of ideological and political theory courses,setting clear requirements for the construction of ideological and political theory courses.Teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities have made unremitting explorations on the curriculum reform,and students’ subjectivity has been further demonstrated: the interaction between teachers and students has been continuously enhanced,and the learning initiative and creativity have been further enhanced.At the same time,we also see that the autonomy of students in the process of learning needs to be improved,and there are still some problems such as the difference between knowledge and action.The main reason is that some students’ subjective consciousness is weak and internal motivation is insufficient.Some ideological and political teachers have not strong consciousness of teaching reform and innovation,and fail to really insist on student-oriented teaching.The working mechanism of ideological and political education to protect students’ subjectivity is not perfect.Therefore,in order to cultivate and improve students’ subjectivity education courses teaching,strive to solve the problem of hinder students’ subjectivity,from teachers,students,safeguard mechanism and evaluation mechanism and other aspects,namely,give full play to the education of teachers’ leading role,comply with the laws of students’ ideological formation and development,to respect the principal position of students,creating conditions,education to guide students to play to the subjectivity;Strengthen students’ subjective quality and provide intrinsic power for exerting their subjectivity;To perfect the management and guarantee mechanism of ideological and political courses,create conditions and provide guarantees for students to exert their subjectivity in an all-round and three-dimensional way;To establish and perfect the evaluation mechanism of students’ subjectivity play,to encourage and guide and restrain management,effectively guide students’ subjectivity play. |
