Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' Psychological Health Education Management In Newly-established Universities Of Fujian Province

In recent years,colleges and universities in Fujian province have significantly acceler ated their pace of construction.Several undergraduate universities were newly established by combining and reorganizing several junior colleges.In their process of upgrading,dll kinds of management work being in running-in period should be handled urgently,especi ally the management of college students' mental health education.However,most of the colleges and universities focus more on passing knowledge of psychology rather than the management of psychological health education.This study intends to make a systematic and targeted analysis and research on college students' psychological problems in newly-established universities of Fujian province from the perspective of education management,so as to put forward better ways to deal with them.This research,with the purposes of both promoting the development of college students' psychological health and the management of psychological health education,is a step forward both in theoretical study and applied research.Based upon case analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper taking Sanming University as a typical example in newly-established universities of Fujian province,analyzes the current problems from the status quo of college students' psychological health education management,and analyzes their causes.According to the analysis,the study,referring the advanced experience from some developed countries and domestic areas such as Hong Kong and Taiwan and combining management theories,puts forward countermeasures,such as getting the most out of counselors at the grass-roots management level and building crisis intervention system with multi-sector coordination at middle and senior management level,to enhance the management of college students'psychological health education.
