With the rapid development of knowledge and information,the internal and external environment of the sports organizations has changed immensely.When visible knowledge is no longer the decisive factor for organizations and individuals to gain sustainable competitive advantage,the athlete's tacit knowledge is becoming the key of event organizations to establishing their own competitive advantage,so as to strengthen the capacity of competition of the organization.Focusing on the severe reality of the shortage on high-level athletes in our snow sports,this paper systematically studies the structure and assessment of the athletes' tacit knowledge on the snow sports with qualitative and quantitative analysis,and theoretical and empirical research.Based on the perspective of tacit knowledge management and analyzing individual empirical case,this paper discusses the theoretical and practical issues in the training of athletes in snow sports and carries out the tacit knowledge management strategy for athletes in snow sports.The research main conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper illustrates the characteristics and evolution mechanism of snow sports athletes' tacit knowledge.Taking problems analysis existing in excellent athletes' cultivation as the pointcut on the horizon of the tacit knowledge management,meanwhile,on the basis of the knowledge management and sports science theories,this paper defines the concept and characteristics of tacit knowledge of elite athletes in snow sports and analyzes the evolution mechanism of tacit knowledge on the basis of Chinese traditional theory “Xiang thinking”.(2)This paper establishes the content structure model of tacit knowledge of athletes in snow sports.By comprehensive use of bidirectional behavior of event interview method,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and structural equation method,this paper constructs a content structure model of athletes' tacit knowledge in snow sports,which covers four dimensions of personal characteristics,interpersonal skills,metacognition,and professional skills and 20 content elements.(3)This paper builds an assessment model of tacit knowledge for snow sports athletes.Combined with the characteristics of the practice activities in snow sports,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of athletes' tacit knowledge by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and makes a horizontal comparison of tacit knowledge of different athletes.Base on the poset theory,this paper sets up the assessment model of tacit knowledge and studies the longitudinal level comparison of the evaluation element of individual athletes' tacit knowledge.(4)This paper puts forward the tacit knowledge management strategy of the elite athlete in the snow sports and formulates the athletes' tacit knowledge management strategy in snow events with problems oriented.At the same time,taking the distinctive freestyle skiing aerial skill national team as the empirical analysis object,it develops more scientific management solutions of tacit knowledge which are in accord with the organization characteristics.Influencing organizational members and making adjustments during the implementing,this paper forms the implementation plan of tacit knowledge which has certain promotion value.Based on the above-mentioned conclusions and the practice characteristics of snow sports in China,the suggestions are as follows:(1)Athletes and sports organizations should attach the importance to the effective management of tacit knowledge,and strengthen the preservation and sharing of elite athletes' core tacit knowledge;(2)It is necessary to give full play to the important role of metaphor in tacit knowledge sharing,set up the interpersonal network platform,and establish the extensive contact mechanism within the coaches and the athletes who used to be and are in the same sport team;(3)We should actively promote the training mode of “competition instead of training” and establish a competition experience sharing system;(4)We should pay attention to and make good use of knowledge map and build a typical case base with cognitive map as the core based on the case reasoning.This research is a theoretical and practical exploration of the interdisciplinary integration between knowledge management and physical education.It establishes the content structure model of tacit knowledge of snow sports athletes,and the tacitknowledge assessment method with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and poset multicriteria method.This paper innovatively applies the research results to the practice of competitive sports in snow sports and puts forward tacit knowledge management strategies.It makes up for the lack of tacit knowledge management in the field of competitive sports,forms the innovation theory,and sets up a new theory perspective of athletes training.This paper will provide necessary practical accumulation and theoretical support to improve the competitive level of winter sports in an all-round way and respond the strategy of winning glory in Olympic Games.There are 15 graphs,51 tables and 151 references in this dissertation.
