At present,the world is experiencing a great change that has not happened in a century.The full spectrum penetration of artificial intelligence,blockchain and Internet of things technologies in various fields,the interweaving of pre-modern,modern,deconstructive postmodernism and constructive postmodernism,and the integration of science and humanities after a long-term confrontation have a lasting and far-reaching impact on education,including undergraduate education.Since 2019,China's higher education has officially entered the stage of popularization.How to continuously improve the quality and level of education and teaching on the basis of expanding the right to receive education of higher education is a realistic problem faced by China's higher education in the era of popularization.At present,under the background of fierce competition between China and the United States,profound and complex changes have taken place in China's development environment at home and abroad.The suppression of technology and the blockade of talent exchange require China to run a high-level socialist university with Chinese characteristics more urgently and truly cultivate socialist builders and successors.As an important quality monitoring and guarantee measure in the field of higher education,undergraduate teaching audit and evaluation plays an important role in creating high-level undergraduate education,which is directly related to the orientation of undergraduate teaching and the value orientation of undergraduate teaching reform in China.Therefore,reviewing the value orientation of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard has important guiding significance for establishing the new mission,new scheme,new standard and new strategy of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation.First of all,starting from the value theory of Whitehead,this study combs Whitehead's "what it is" and its "where it is",that is,the background of Whitehead's value theory.Secondly,from the category system of Whitehead's value theory,the ontological meaning of Whitehead's value theory is that value is the internal reality of events;the value scale involves "intensity","satisfaction" and "order";Value includes a kind of judgment of "importance";value exists in the relationship between limited and infinite;the conditions of value generation,the concreteness of value;the subjectivity of value arises in the unity of events;moral value: morality lies in the process of domination.The triple schema of value includes the relationship among self,other and integrity.Whitehead said that "relationship determines nature".Everyone is in the world of relationship.We are not only unique individuals,but also one of the others.At the same time,we are all contained in the unity of the whole.No individual can separate himself from the other and the whole.The self,the other and the whole coexist and prosper in interdependence.The multiple dimensions of value include: goodness,truth,beauty,adventure and peace;in its evaluation theory,evaluation is the internal activity of the value world and has three characteristics.Finally,the value and limitation of Whitehead value theory are expounded.John Cobb,Jr.,a world-famous ecological economist,academician of the National Academy of Humanities and Sciences and organic philosopher,said in people's Daily "the hope of ecological civilization in China" that China is indeed moving towards ecological civilization,and proposed that Whitehead's thought is very enlightening."The translation and research of Whitehead's complete works" has been listed as the research direction of bidding topics for major projects of National Social Science Fund in 2020.It can be seen that the profundity and insight of Whitehead's organic philosophy have attracted more and more attention of Chinese people.Whitehead's value theory is rooted in his integrated philosophy system,which is of great significance to the value improvement of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standards.First of all,this study,starting from Whitehead's value theory,explains Whitehead's "what it is" and "where it is" of its value theory,that is,the background of Whitehead's value theory.Secondly,the ontological significance of Whitehead's value theory is that value is the internal reality of events;the scale of value involves "intensity","satisfaction" and "order";value contains a judgment of "importance";value exists in the relationship between finite and infinite;value has concrete nature;moral Whitehead's value theory are expounded.Secondly,based on the interpretation of Whitehead's value theory,this paper analyzes the content of the text of the evaluation standard of undergraduate teaching audit,analyzes the word frequency of the National Undergraduate Teaching audit and evaluation standard through nvivo12 software,codes the elements in the national evaluation standard and indicates the reference point.This paper makes a text analysis on the auditing and evaluation standards of 8 provinces which are different from the documents issued by the Ministry of education in 29 Local Governments,and explains their characteristics.This paper analyzes the audit and evaluation standards and self-evaluation reports of 33 randomly selected universities.Through four self-made questionnaires "undergraduate teaching evaluation cognition","undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard cognition","undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard satisfaction","undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard demand",the current situation of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard value was investigated.This paper explores the relationship between the contents of "undergraduate teaching evaluation cognition","undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard cognition","undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard satisfaction","undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard demand".Based on Whitehead's value theory,this paper analyzes the status quo of the questionnaire and the demographic variables,and discusses the survey results.The results show that there is a significant correlation between the cognition of undergraduate teaching evaluation,the cognition of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard and the demand of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard.The structural equation model of this study shows that the demand of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard has a moderating effect on the relationship between undergraduate teaching evaluation cognition and undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard cognition.That is to say,the prediction effect of undergraduate teaching evaluation cognition on undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard cognition under high demand level is stronger than that for undergraduate teaching evaluation standard cognition under low demand level.In view of the deficiency of the questionnaire,the interview research method was used to interview 25 interviewees according to the scientific,humanistic and relational issues of the audit and evaluation criteria,and the interview materials were analyzed based on nvivo12.Based on Whitehead's value theory,this paper analyzes the value problems of audit and evaluation standards through the research on the content of audit evaluation standards and the status quo of audit and evaluation standards.The orientation of value selection of audit evaluation standard includes the practical tendency of value target selection,the technical tendency of value means selection,the absence of students and teachers,the confusion of value subject and evaluation subject,the dislocation of the relationship between self,other and integrity in audit and evaluation standard,which makes the value subject of audit evaluation standard The internal contradictions in the content of audit and evaluation standards: the contradiction between rational factors and irrational factors in the content of audit and evaluation standards;the contradictions between diversity and unity,certainty and uncertainty of audit and evaluation standards.In the practice and evaluation of audit and evaluation standards,facts are divided into two parts: the dichotomy of fact and value;the separation of practice and evaluation of audit evaluation standards;the separation of fact evaluation and value evaluation;the separation of physical,aesthetic and labor education and moral and intellectual dimensions.Finally,from the perspective of Whitehead value theory,the value improvement of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standards should start from the following aspects: first,the integration purport of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard value selection.Firstly,value rationality should be paid attention to in the selection of evaluation standard value target;secondly,the choice of means to realize value of audit and evaluation standard should be organically combined with technicality and ethics.Secondly,the value relationship of undergraduate teaching audit standards should be pursued organically.First of all,we should integrate the audit and evaluation standards into the multi value subjects,including students,students' parents,teachers,university administrators,government personnel,social third-party evaluators and other stakeholders.Secondly,it combs the value relationship among self,other and wholeness.Finally,respect the logic in the change of audit and evaluation standards.A careful study of the logic of school standard reform helps to establish more rational objectives and Strategies of standard reform,which is an important prerequisite to ensure the effectiveness of the reform of audit and evaluation standards.Third,resolve the contradiction in the content of undergraduate teaching audit evaluation standard.In the practice and evaluation of audit and evaluation standards,the contradictions in the contents of audit and evaluation standards should be organically unified.Specifically,it includes the acceptance of rational and irrational factors in the content of audit and evaluation standards;the diversity and unity of audit and evaluation standards,the acceptance of certainty and uncertainty.Fourth,the practice of audit evaluation standards and the unity of facts and values in evaluation.It includes the integration of audit evaluation standard practice and evaluation of fact judgment and value judgment;the combination of audit and evaluation standard practice and evaluation of humanity and science;and the integration of audit and evaluation standard practice and evaluation of German,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor five education dimensions.
