we could find that the organizational internal friction is different from with infighting,internal strife and internal disorder comparing those concept,and is not the organizational conflict.view form the macroscopic meaning,It is a kind of organizational loss in organizational system.it is invalid loss to all kind of the organizational resources caused by the members of the organization.The organization internal friction is a kind of matter movement,perceivedconflict,andnegatived conflict view from philosophy.It is a kind of economic cost or loss view from economics.It is a kind of bad relation and social friction view from sociology.It is a kind of reverse,negative,and destructive behavior view from organization behavior science.It is a kind of invadid management view from management science.It is a kind of desease to organization view from medical science.It is a kind of evil to organization view from ethnics.It is a kind of ugly to organization view from aesthetics.The organizational internal friction is universality,objectivity,complexity,perceptibility,multiplecauses,destructive,onlinearity,unce rtainty,diffcult to quantify and control,diversity and concealment.How to happen the organizational internal friction?there are need the objective ledments such as the relationship of the labor division,scarcityresource,specifityspace,the subjective elements such as labor,initiative and need.If we view from the macro perspective,the organization internal friction is a kind of contradiction agglomeration effect,the risk concentration effect,the defects of superposition effect.If we view from the micro perspective,it is an organization functions coupled contradiction,the contradiction between supply and demand,an contradictory of organization management.If we view from the external,those facters such as domestic economy,politics,law,social culture could influence on the formation of internal frictionIf we view from the internal perspective,those facters such as individual values,personality,interpersonal relationship,organization system,management style,organizational culture factors could lead to internal friction If we view from abstract,what we view form the macro perspective is the same.If we view from specific,those such as power,reputation,opportunity,idea,process,culture,management could result internal friction.If we view from the assumption on the internal friction,there are a lot of ecternal or internal factor to stimulate the internal friction factor which existed in the body and heart of the organizational members.The internal friction will result the behavior of human to injury the organizational function and cause all kind of resource to lose.If we view from the heart-phase-decision theory,we can know that it is a bad kind of influence on the organization when the heart phase be transformated.
