| Agriculture is the most basic material production industry of national economy.It is the basis of national economy,which directly connects to the benefit of every people,the stability of society and the development of the whole economy.Three problems about countryside,agriculture and farmers have been emphasized for 17 years from 1982 to 2015 on the annual No.l central document.The documents stressed that three problems about countryside,agriculture and farmers play very significant roles in the modernization process of China.How to guarantee the basic position of agriculture and how to improve competitiveness of agricultural product in the open market,as the industrial economy organization in the world economy development,agricultural product supply chain will become the inevitable choice of agriculture industrialization development.At the present stage,problems of agricultural products come out frequently,the quality of agricultural products cannot be guaranteed.The cooperation ability between links of industrial chain is poor and the supply chain is prolix,as well the information flow is poor.The speed of global economy integration is increasing;information technology changes quickly,new technologies emerge one after another such as internet,IOT,mobile internet,'internet+',industry 4.0,cloud computing and big data,etc.E-commercial models like B2B,B2C,C2C and the popular 020(Online To Offline)provide wide imaginary space for transforming traditional agricultural product supply chain.'Farming-Supermarket Docking' is a new model of agricultural product circulation,as well as an important livelihood project.The paper mainly focuses on the approaches of adopting the idea of internet + to apply the newest information technologies to 'Farming-Supermarket Docking'supply chain.The paper focuses on the deficiency of construction of current agricultural product supply chain information system in China,bases on an analysis of status quo of agricultural product supply chain informatization network both domestic and overseas,combining with the author's working practice and research experiences to give explanation about basic conceptions,structure and function realization of 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' supply chain virtual integration and provide a network building program which bases on specialized information organization from the forth party.The paper first proposes the theoretical and practical meanings of building a'Farming-Supermarket Docking' supply chain virtual integration with Chinese characteristics.A great amount of literatures were collected and analyzed in order to present the development of agricultural product supply chain in China and abroad and theoretical research results of virtual organization,virtual enterprise(league).Based on virtual corporation analysis,this paper defines the basic conception of 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' supply chain virtual integration,analyses the main functions and factors of supply chain virtual integration network and determines the division and cooperation between supply chain virtual integration network and the physical network,,and builds a conception system of 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' supply chain virtual integration network.Then based on the theories above,the paper uses theoretical tools aforementioned,extracts four structural patterns which are 'retailer centered enterprise building','supplier centered enterprise building','the third party logistics enterprise building' and 'the fourth party specialized information agency centered enterprise building',and then discusses features,advantages and limitations of the four patterns.Then,the paper presents a 'government assists the people' pattern of building 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' virtual supply chain,which is an innovation and transformation of the present agricultural product supply chain informatization field.In order to verify the functions of 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' supply chain virtual network,the author conducted a project of 'the 12th five-year plan' national sci-tech support plan to build a'fruit and vegetable products e-commerce service platform' and built a function system at the service of each party who joined 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' and empirically analyzed the co-movement relation between supply chain virtual integration network and regional agricultural product industry through the platform.The research shows that 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' supply chain virtual network can solve the problem of asymmetric information flow during the circulation process of agricultural product effectively.Therefore,motivating the project of 'Farming-Supermarket Docking'supply chain virtual integration network is of great practical significance to the balanced development of regional agriculture industry and to the adjustment and improvement of regional agricultural industry structure.As the theoretical research achievements of this paper,some are applied by the integrated'Farming-Supermarket Docking' supply chain virtual informatization for Wumart;the development ideas of Wumart's 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' virtual supply chain,infromatization network structure and evaluation are emphasized;and finally solutions and suggestions for the process of building Wumart's 'Farming-Supermarket Docking' virtual supply chain informatization are discussed. |
