| The renaissance of industrialization and the widely infiltration of information have been two distinct characteristics of world economic growth.Since Germany put forwards industrial 4.0 in 2013,the main developed countries puts forward strategy arrangement of industrialization to developing advanced manufacturing technology.New industrial form with the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing and manufacturing service has absorbed the advanced information technology,leading the changes of production and remodeling the competitive advantages.The stories reflect that the characteristics of integration of information and industrialization.At the same time,the great changing of industrial structure and economic growth miracle are coexisted.China has been from poor agricultural country into world factory since China's reform from 1978.Now service industry has become the most important part of economic growth.The added value of primary industry to GDP dropped from 27.69%in 1978 to 8.87%in 2015 and added value of secondary industry to GDP rose from 24.60%to 50.43%at the same time.Secondary industry has become the first engine to promote economic growth.The magnificent economic development process also the history of late-mover advantages in industry of integration of information and industrialization.It has been the important strength to current China's economic and social that improving the efficiency of resources,promoting the economic growth transformation,controlling the environmental bearing capacity and enhancing the quality of economic development.The questions that need to be answered in this paper are summarized in the following.Is the integration of information and industrialization a single dimensional concept?The integration of information and industrialization come from an economic phenomenon up to a policy arrangement,can it continue to be a theoretical basis for explaining more economic phenomena?What is the more abundant connotation of industrial structure change?How does the integration of information and industrialization affect the change of industrial structure?Does it work only by transforming the industrial sector and influence all industries through industrial associations?Can we explain the effect and mechanism of integration of information and industrialization to industrial structure change from the microeconomic theory,the performance of industrial structure and the internal growth of industry?What development Suggestions are proposed for the evolution of China's industrial structure under the integration of information and industrialization?These are the main problems we will answer in this paper.There are seven chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction;Chapter 2 is the literature review;Chapter 3 analyzes the characteristics of the integration of information and industrialization and the theoretical model of the integration of information and industrialization and industrial structure change under unbalanced growth model and dynamic game model.Chapter 4,chapter 5 and chapter 6 are the empirical analyze of the influence of the integration of information and industrialization to industrial structure change under the static,dynamic and spatial network perspectives.Chapter 7 provides research conclusions,policy suggestions and future research.The main conclusions of this study include the following five points:First,based on the vector trait of information and industrialization,the analysis framework is built to comprehensively reflect the coupling degree and the value-added ability of integration of information and industrialization.The paper calculates the coupling degree and the value-added ability of integration of information and industrialization of the 31 provinces from 2000 to 2015 and depicts the development level and the evolution pattern of integration of information and industrialization.The study find that coupling degree and value-added from 0.5600,0.1300 in 2000 up to 0.6155,0.3307 in 2015.Results show that the east coupling degree and value-added ability is in the highest level;the central region is lower than western region in the coupling degree,but is higher than the western region in value-added ability.Second,theory analysis.(1)Based on the unbalanced economic growth model and considering the balanced growth path of two sectors of the economy system.The result shows that the difference of industrial foundation and integration of information and industrialization has influence on industrial structure change.(2)Based on the analysis of the duopoly enterprises framework,build three-stage dynamic game process of government subsidy,enterprise industrialization(information)construction and enterprise production.This paper discusses the impact of integration of information and industrialization to industrial structure change.The research finds that the coupling degree has U-shaped impact to industrial structure change under competition model.The coupling degree has positive influence to industrial structure change under cooperation model.When consider government subsidy,the optimum level of the government subsidy can avoid enterprise stepping into the prisoner's dilemma in competition mode and bring high level of social welfare,the construction level,the enterprise production and profits.The optimal decision of the government is not input under cooperation mode but still leads to high levels of social status.Policy focuses on how to avoid the enterprises stepping into the prisoner's dilemma.Third,static perspective,by using OLS inspection and 2SLS inspection the study found that:(1)The coupling degree of integration of information and industrialization,value-added ability of integration of information and industrialization can both significantly promote the development process of rationalization of industrial structure and the optimization of the industrial structure.(2)The coupling degree and value-added ability can both significantly promote the optimization of the manufacturing industry.The influence of coupling degree is greater than value-added.(3)The impact of integration of information and industrialization to producer services structure is not significant,but it has significant positive impact to life service structure.(4)After the international financial crisis,the influence of coupling degree on the optimization of industrial structure declined significantly.The influence of value-added ability on the optimization of industrial structure rised significantly.The influence of integration on rationalization of industrial structure rised significantly.The studies show that different policies become the main point for practice development.Fourth,dynamic perspective,this paper analyzes structural effect and growth effect of integration of information and industrialization on dynamic evolution of industrial structure.The research finds that coupling degree of integration of information and industrialization has significant positive effect on structure effect,but negative effect on growth effect.The value-added ability of integration of information and industrialization has opposite effect.The resource allocation facing rapid adjustment based on integration of information and industrialization strategy.Quick adjustment of industrial structure may not adapt to the objective laws of technology level changing and reducing using efficiency.Factor allocation efficiency is the main force for the rapid adjustment of the industrial structure during coupling degree and value-added ability.The cross term of coupling degree,value-added ability with technological progress have positive impact on growth effect.It also confirms technological progress is the power improves the production efficiency.The cross term of value-added ability with factor allocation efficiency have positive impact on growth effect.Further tests find that only growth effect will promote economic growth.The rapid adjustment of industrial structure and the slow adjustment of established resource allocation have negative impact on elements efficiency and quality of economic growth.Fifth,the spatial network perspective,from the analysis of characteristics on space network of industrial structure,the center of the industrial structure rises all the time.Degree center,close to the center,middle center and eigenvector center degrees from 6.8817,5.6308,1.7353,and 15.7937 in 2000 rise to 29.4624,25.6244,3.0627,and 20.6860 in 2015.The total number of space network relations is increasing from 62 in 2000 to 270 in 2015 and grow up to a complex and unified network.China's industrial structure space network has significant network structure characteristics,and characteristics of network are closer.In 2008 initially formed the national industrial structure formed on the basis of cooperation and coordination of network space.Of course,the statuses of different provinces in cyberspace are still big differences.The dynamic evolution of provincial industry network structure space is not independent.The empirical test show that coupling degree have significant negative effects to network centricity and network connection strength.But value-added has significant positive effects to network centricity and network connection strength.The integration of information and industrialization brings the changing of resources and leads to distortion which is not conducive to industrial structure network centricity.The value-added of integration of information and industrialization takes the optimal allocation of resources and it is advantageous to the heterogeneity development of industrial structure.The main innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in the following three points:First is the expansion and innovation of the concept of integration of information and industrialization.Is it a variable that measures the effect of integration of information and industrialization,or is it a direct measure of the integration of information and industrialization?Is it a variable in one dimension?In this research we find the integration of information and industrialization has two characteristics which is direction(coupling)and size(value).This research builds two combinations that coupling degree and value-added capacity and tries to introduce the industrialization and information to the co-evolution model,using the cooperation coefficient to measure the integration of information and industrialization.Second is the expansion and innovation of theoretical model.We use language description,dynamic optimization and game theory in theoretical and analysis the integration of information and industrialization to industrial structure change under unbalanced growth model and three stages dynamic game theory.In the model of unbalanced economic growth,the influence of the integration melts into the technological progress.This research considers the influence of integration of information and industrialization on the balanced growth path as well as industrial structure change.In three stages dynamic game theory build government subsidy,enterprise industrialization(information)construction,enterprise production to analysis influence of integration of information and industrialization to industrial structure change which have certain theoretical advantage.Third is variety of ways to analyze the impact of the integration of information and industrialization on industrial structure change with the perspectives of static,dynamic and spatial network.The integration of information and industrialization can significantly promote the development process of rationalization of industrial structure,optimization of the industrial structure and optimization of the manufacturing industry.But further text show that integration of information and industrialization can significantly promote structure effect by factor allocation efficiency.Quick adjustment of industrial structure may not adapt to the objective laws of structure changing and reducing efficiency.The integration of information and industrialization can significantly promote growth effect only by technological progress.Furthermore,through the integration of information and industrialization and high integration performance,it can promote the optimization change of industrial structure. |
