Research On Industrial Structure Adjustment In Anhui Province Against The Background Of Imbalanced Growth

Adjustment of industrial structure is one of the prerequisites for achieving a sustained and healthy economic development.As for the economic development in Anhui Province,the characteristics of unbalanced growth are very obvious,and the scarcity of resources also determines that each industry sector can only obtain limited factors of production.Therefore,combining with the input-output analysis method and Hirschman’s theory of unbalanced growth,the author identifies the industrial sectors with large industry-related effects and certain advantages in Anhui Province,and gives priority to the development of such industrial sectors.Taking advantage of the strong driving effect,Not only to achieve their own development,but also to promote the development of other industries to varying degrees,not only to achieve the optimal allocation of scarce resources,but also help to achieve the optimal state of industrial restructuring.The main content of this article is divided into five parts:The first part elaborates the background and meaning of this article,discusses the background of economic imbalance growth in detail and the theoretical and practical significance of this study.Then,Then summarize the research methods of this article,including empirical analysis,normative analysis and quantitative and qualitative combination;Finally,the innovation of this article and article.The third part of this article mainly analyzes the regulation of industrial structure in Anhui Province under the background of unbalanced growth.First of all,it analyzes the factors affecting the adjustment of Anhui’s industrial structure in the context of unbalanced growth,including factor mobility,consumption and interregional trade.Secondly,it analyzes the formation mechanism of industrial structure in Anhui province under the background of unbalanced growth,including the market mechanism and government regulation.Thirdly,it analyzes the mechanism that the unbalanced economic effects and geographical advantages and certain strategic positions.At the same time,We should also consider the impact of factor flow,consumption and inter-regional trade on the adjustment of Anhui’s industrial structure.The fourth part of this article is an empirical analysis of the adjustment of industrial structure in Anhui Province under the background of unbalanced growth.First of all,according to the Statistical Yearbook of Anhui Province in 2017,the author analyzes the unbalanced development of the three major industries in Anhui Province by using the three indicators of industrial contribution rate.Based on the input-output table of Anhui Province in 2012,the industry-wide correlation effect,While calculating the location of the various business sectors,according to the results of the two to determine the adjustment of industrial structure in Anhui Province,should focus on the development of industrial clusters,namely,industry group,industry group two,industry group three.Finally,through constructing the input-output model,we can show that to achieve the optimal state of industrial structure adjustment in the context of unbalanced growth,we need to meet the conditions that the intermediate demand rates of all industry sectors are equal.The fifth part of this article is a summary of the above research results,and accordingly proposed countermeasures.The main points of this paper are as follows:1,The mechanism of imbalanced growth of various industries in Anhui Province on the adjustment of industrial structure consists of two channels.The factor that plays a leading role is the demand.However,if the mechanism of action is to be established,two ideal conditions need to be satisfied:fully developed The market economy and the stricture of production path.In view of the above conclusion,this paper argues that under the unbalanced growth,Anhui Province should focus its efforts on industrial sectors that are in line with the priority development defined by Hirschman’s imbalanced growth theory in order to improve the utilization efficiency of resources.In addition,Anhui Province should optimize the industrial structure under the condition of unbalanced growth so as to achieve the ultimate product maximization.Specifically speaking,under the unbalanced growth,Anhui Province should pay attention to the coordinated development of the three major industries,the development of the secondary industry at different levels and the continuous enhancement of the independent innovation capability of various industries,etc.,and pay attention to
