Under the process of economic development,the food security and ecological safety were threatened by the urban sprawl.Carrying out the delimitation of industrial-living-ecological land synchronously,putting forward the delimitation technical process and principles to coordinate the spatial layout contradictions were important measures to weaken the urban sprawl.In the year of 2014,the Yingtan City was chosen by the Chinese government as the pilot city to launch the multi-plan integration project,this project made the Yingtan City as a perfect place to analyze the delimitation of industrial-living-ecological land and build spatial decision-making model to solve the spatial layout contradictions.This research obtained the land use data of Yingtan City in the year of 1995,2005 and 2015 by the remote sensing images interpretation.The slope and elevation data of Yingtan City were extracted from the digital elevation model.The soil nutrients contents,farmland quality data,soil erosion data and geological hazard zoning data in Yingtan City were collected from different research departments.The social and economic data in Yingtan City,the texts and atlas of all kinds of spatial plans were achieved through investigation.Firstly,the methods of landscape metrics and transition areas matrix of each land use type were applied to analyze the landscape pattern changes and land use changes in Yingtan City on the basis of 3 periods of remote sensing images interpretation data.Secondly,the forest land suitability evaluation model,the garden plot suitability evaluation model,the construction suitability evaluation model,the farmland suitability evaluation model,the minimum cumulative resistance of ecological suitability evaluation model were built on the platform of ArcGIS 10.2 to analyze the land use suitability and ecological protection conditions.Thirdly,the maximum land use economic benefits and the minimum land use ecological expense were set as the land use targets to stimulate the construction land spatial layout under different land use scenarios on the combination of genetic algorithm and CA-Markov model.The land use scenarios were divided into 3 types,including the construction land slow expansion,the construction land moderate expansion and the construction land fast expansion.Lastly,the industrial-living-ecological land delimitation technical process and the spatial decision-making model to solve the industrial-living-ecological land spatial layout contradiction were built.The delimitation technical process and spatial decision-making model were applied in Yingtan City under different land use scenarios.The research results were as follows:(1)During the period 1995 to 2015,the farmland area accounted for the proportion of the total area remained unchanged,forest land area accounted for the proportion of the total area decreased,grassland area accounted for the proportion of the total area was small and improved slightly,construction land area increased rapidly,water area accounted for the proportion of the total area was increased;unused land area accounted for the proportion of the total area of remain unchanged basically.(2)During the period 1995 to 2015,the area of the added construction land mainly came from the farmland and the forestland.In the year of 2005,49.65%of the added construction land area came from the farmland in 1995,21.65%of which came from the forestland in the year of 1995.In the year of 2015,23.00%of the added construction land area came from the farmland in the year of 2005,and 11.67%of which came from the forestland in the year of 2005.(3)During the period 1995 to 2015,the overall landscape pattern of Yingtan City tended to be diversified,and the landscape showed a fragmented trend.The farmland and forestland were affected by urban sprawl,and the degree of landscape fragmentation was deepened.The trend of the construction land was concentrated,and the agglomeration had been improved.(4)The areas with high suitability for forestland and high suitability for garden plots were concentrated in the south and north part of Yingtan City.The areas with high suitability for construction were concentrated in the central part of Yingtan City,along the Xinjiang River Basin and the G320 national highway.The high suitability for construction showed 2 distinct belt-shape distribution patterns from the west to the east.The areas with high suitability for farmland were concentrated in the middle,northwest and north part of Yingtan City.The core areas of ecological protection in Yingtan City were mainly distributed in the Xinjiang River Basins,the south part and north part of Yingtan City.The core areas included the water protection area,Mount Longhu World Geopark core protection area,Mount Yangji National Natural Reserve and ecological public welfare forestland.(5)Using the genetic algorithm and the CA-Markov model to simulate the construction land expansion showed that the expansion area of construction land was3941.91 hm~2 under the construction land slow expansion scenario,the expansion area of construction land was 5096.98 hm~2 under the construction land moderate expansion scenario,the expansion area of construction land was 6216.91 hm~2 under the construction land fast expansion scenario.The regions with large construction land expansion area were mainly distributed in the Dengbu Town of Yujiang County,the central district of Yuehu County,and the central district of Guixi County.The towns with large construction land expansion area included the Binjiang Town,the Luohu Town,the Hetan Town,the Jinjiang Town and so on.(6)Using the spatial decision-making model to coordinate the contradictions of industrial-living-ecological lands spatial layout reached the technical process and contradictions coordination principles.The genetic algorithm and the CA-Markov model were mainly used to coordinate the spatial layout contradictions between the industrial lands and living lands.The principle to deal with the contradiction between the living land preliminary scheme and the regulation area of ecological land was to adjust the living land preliminary scheme to ensure the ecological protection.The principle to deal with the contradiction between the living land preliminary scheme and the adjustable area of ecological land was to adjust the ecological land adjustable area to ensure the living land.(7)The delimitation of industrial-living-ecological lands results differed under different land use scenarios.Under the construction land slow expansion scenario,the area of industrial land was 199052.30 hm~2,the area of living land was 27955.88 hm~2,the area of ecological land was 128990.69 hm~2.Under the construction land moderate expansion scenario,the area of industrial land was 197885.70 hm~2,the area of living land was29122.50 hm~2,the area of ecological land was 128990.69 hm~2.Under the construction land fast expansion scenario,the area of industrial land was 196786.90 hm~2,the area of living land was 30221.27hm~2,the area of ecological land was 128990.69 hm~2.
