The proposal ?Silk Road Economic Belt? initiative and Xinjiang was designated as the Core Area of the Silk Road economic zone have created an unprecedented opportunity for border port and local economic development of Xinjiang.In the new era background,the promotion of the coordinated development of the two economic systems will not only help to speed up the construction process of Silk Road Economic Belt and its Core Area,but also help to promote regional economic integration,and plays important role in protecting the long-term stability and social stability of Xinjiang,And creating a harmonious and prosperous international surrounding environment.Based on the theory of international trade,economic integration theory,system theory and sustainable development theory,adopting quantitative and qualitative analysis methods such as error correction model,grey correlation model,hierarchical analysis method and system science method,method of comparative analysis,field research method,the problem of coordinated development between the border port economy and the local economy of Xinjiang is thoroughly discussed in order to construct the coordinated development model and design its realization path.In this paper,First of all,based on the relationship between the border port economy and local economy of Xinjiang,makes a statistical descriptive analysis on the development and change of border port economy and local economy,and examines the evolution characteristics of border port economy and local economy,and explores whether there is a synergistic change between the two.What is more,On the basis of analyzing the two-way influence mechanism of the border port economy and local economy,empirically tests the linkage between the border port economy and the local economy by establishing ECM model,and measures the coordinated development degree between them through using the gray correlation analysis method.Then,on the basis of analyzing the factors that affect the coordinated development of the border economy and local economy and estimating the degree of influence of each factor,and using the AHP analytic hierarchy process,evaluates the strategic advantage of the border ports in the coordinated development of the port economy and the local economy.Finally,according to the influence degree of each factor on the coordinated development between the border port economy and the local economy,relying on the strategic advantage of the border port,the coordinated development mode of the border port economy and the local economy is constructed,and the path of realizing the coordinated development model is designed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.There is a two-way coordination relationship between the border economy of Xinjiang and the local economy.(1)The border port economy and the local economy constitute a long-term and stable equilibrium relationship,showing a coordinated and consistent change trend.(2)The border port economy has a low impact on the local economy,and its leading role is characterized by a decreasing gradient.It has comparatively bigger impact on the carrier county economy,than that of district economy and regional economy.(3)The growth of regional economy in Xinjiang is not the main reason for the growth of import and export of border ports.As the Xinjiang border port is still in the status of logistics channel and the status of transit and distribution,the pattern of two outbound cargoes at border ports cannot be changed in the short term.The economic growth in Xinjiang has not yet become the main driving force for the growth of import and export of border ports.2.There are significant differences in the leading role of the various border port economies to the local economy.Border trade and the construction of transportation networks are the main influencing factors.(1)The ports with better development of border trade have a stronger influence on local economic development.(2)The border ports with sound traffic network system have a greater influence on the local economy.3.The level of coordinated development between border port economy and local economy of Xinjiang needs to be improved.(1)The development of the border port economy and the local economy are not in a state of coordination.The coordination degree between the border port economy and regional economy of Xinjiang is moderately misaligned.(2)The duality structure of border port economy and local economy is prominent.The correlations between the border control economy and local economy are all low-level,indicating that the border-gate economy and local economic development are not completely mutual cause and effect,and there is a certain degree of mutual separation.In the face of the relatively low relevance and coordination of Xinjiang border port economy and local economy,this paper proposes the ?Border Port Urbanization Model?,?Border Port International Cooperation Demonstration Area Model?,?Border Port Base Model?,?Border Port Center Model? from the perspective of the flow and transmission of economic factors,opening to the outside world,international cooperation,and industrial development.Therefore,this paper provides a reference for promoting the coordinated development of the two,and has made certain contributions to the expansion and supplement of the research content of the linkage effect between the border port economy and the local economy.
