Research On The Decision To Rescue Failed Product Innovation Projects

Due to high investment and high risk,product innovation projects are in highly unstable situation.The pursuit to innovation from the country and a large number of failed product innovation projects are two distinct characteristics in the developing process of product innovation projects.Only to rescue failed product innovation projects,enterprises can keep continuous product innovation,reduce the loss of failed projects as much as possible,and achieve the optimal allocation of resources and rapid development.And it will enhance the innovation ability and comprehensive competitiveness of the country.Therefore,researching on the decision to rescue failed product innovation projects has a certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance for the enterprise’s development.The research idea of this dissertation is that: the basic theory of rescuting failed product innovation projects----the influence factors of rescuing failed product innovation projects----the decision to rescue failed product innovation projects based on the leading innovation----the decision to rescue failed product innovation projects based on the following innovation----the rescuing modes of failed product innovation project----the supporting devices of rescuing failed product innovation projects.This dissertation uses the literature review method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical model method,game theory and so on to build the research framework.The research content mainly includes:Chapter 1 elucidates the background,research significance and purpose of the topic,analyzes the research situations about rescuing failed product innovation projects at home and abroad,and puts forward the research contents,research methods and research idea.Chapter 2 defines failed product innovation projects,analyzes their characteristics and positive benefits and negative benefits,and discusses the connotation from the points of the rescuing subject,the attributes of failed projects,the rescuing time,the rescuing methods and the rescuing modes,then elucidates the basic principle to rescue failed product innovation projects.Chapter 3 analyzes mainly the national macro environment,industry environment,internal environment and the situation of failed product innovation projects which have significant impacts to rescue failed product innovation projects and affect the time,the methods,the modes of rescuing and the final rescuing performance.Using the questionnaire method and Structural Equation Model,obtains the size of the influence degree.These have important
