In our current implementation of centralized vacation system,the proportion of private car travel under the background of the growing,the tourist traffic showed obvious changes in volatility,often during the holidays,the tourist traffic organization is facing a great challenge.Due to China's road traffic infrastructure is relatively weak,unable to bear the surge in demand for tourism traffic,tourism scenic spots around the peak caused traffic congestion is serious,frequent traffic accidents,the peak scenic tourism research emergency traffic organization network management methods and strategies to enhance emergency traffic guarantee ability of tourism city is imperative.The paper focuses on the large scale road network under the condition of tourist peak,and uses multi-modal traffic information,multi-scale road network information and the nature and degree of tourist peak information,and focuses on the following contents.Firstly,the multi-time scale forecasting method is used to predict tourism traffic flow.Peak tourist traffic will have an important impact on traffic behavior and traffic demand and its temporal and spatial distribution,and will have a severe impact on road traffic operation.This breakthrough in the temporal and spatial distribution of the estimated scale of tourism traffic demand,analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics of the emergency traffic demand for tourism peak,and mainly from the perspective of hierarchical classification and tourism traffic prediction,occurrence o f tourism transportation modes transfer model,tourism traffic and tourism traffic flow dynamic distribution distribution,road traffic the situation for peak tourism rapid assessment and formulate emergency traffic management scheme to lay the foundation.Secondly,the rapid assessment of road traffic situation during peak tourism period is realized.After the peak of tourism,because of the traffic supply and traffic demand may change significantly,the operation status and development trend of network traffic flow will show serious abnormal characteristics.The area surrounding the large scale road network as the object,focus on both the multiple time scale traffic management scheme for traffic parameter estimation method under multi step prediction and bursty traffic abnormal state space diffusion range and duration,provide support to accurately grasp the situation of road traffic peak travel.Thirdly,Emergency traffic signal control method is optimized based on signal period and phase difference.Traffic signal control is one of the important means of traffic management,the purpose is to make the traffic regulation ability of emergency traffic flow,reduce vehicle or vehicles at the intersection of the main flow of delays,ensure area or road traffic congestion does not occur.In this paper,in order to protect the tourist vehicles and key scenic spots to the minimum delay as the goal,strategy and method,control of single point emergency traffic trunk key emergency traffic signal control strategy and method,regional emergency traffic signal control strategy and method of expressway ramp signal and emergency control strategies and methods.Finally,emergency traffic information guidance method is put forward.The information can affect human behavior,the use of traffic information induce the travelers choose the travel mode and travel route is not only the new technology of conventional traffic organization,is a necessary and important means of tourism traffic management.In the peak travel,to tourists as the representative of the main body of the road traffic are usually familiar with the network level is low,and there are usually many temporary control measures,coupled with a wide range of congestion caused by the psychological anxiety,easy to produce a large number of invalid traffic in the area surrounding the road network,a serious impact on traffic efficiency.In this paper,in order to standardize the scenic areas surrounding traffic order to ease traffic pressure and improve the traffic efficiency as the goal,focus on emergency public traffic information generation and distribution method,information generation and dissemination method,emergency traffic organization to command and coordinate the emergency information release point layout optimization method,with fast dynamic path optimization method,center right restriction the distributed dynamic path of fast optimization method.
