| In recent years,our country has achieved worldwide attention in the field of economy,society and science and technology through the implementation of the strategy of innovation driven development.Focusing on the enterprise level,some viewpoints point out that the innovation ability of an enterprise is an important power to drive its continuous growth.More and more enterprises are concerned about the shaping of innovation ability.In 1997,Clayton Christensen first put forward "disruptive technology" in the book "the dilemma of innovators",and the theory of disruptive innovation aims to define the impact of transformational technology on the company.With the acceleration of technological progress and the changing market demand,enterprises are also shifting from incremental innovation and incremental innovation to radical innovation,disruptive innovation and other disruptive innovations in the innovation mode.However,due to external events,the uncertainty of the situation,the enterprise itself in sensitivity and opportunity perception ability to integrate the resources and timely adjustment of organization adaptability existence insufficiency,bowel core rigidity,internal conflict,makes the enterprise understanding,innovation and development have become difficult to analysis.Combing the past literature,it is found that most of the researches on disruptive innovation focus on technological change or new technology application,which affects the behavior of companies that are forced to make changes after standard leading design.At present,the research on how to perceive the enterprise agility and actively explore the breakthrough innovation or fundamental innovation is rarely seen.The opportunity of subversive innovation needs to be grasped by the enterprise.The motivation of innovation also comes from many aspects,and the response of the enterprise to the emergency will directly affect the decision of the disruptive innovation.At the same time,in the face of event situations,the theory of dynamic ability to adjust and reconstruct the internal and external resources and skills has been studied more in recent years.The dynamic ability of the enterprise can make the enterprise effective response to the impact of external environment changes and emergencies.It provides the conditions for the enterprise to carry out various innovative activities,and will also have an impact on the choice of innovative ways of the enterprise.However,the impact of events as situational factors on enterprise subversive innovation is rare.The literature research of dynamic capability as the two variable is also insufficient.This research is based on the theory of event system theory,dynamic capability theory,organizational adaptability and enterprise resource concept.In the study of event system theory,it analyzes event impact and dynamics through exploratory case analysis and empirical research.The relationship between capacity and disruptive innovation.The main research questions include:(1)How does the impact of events affect the disruptive innovation of enterprises?(2)How does dynamic capability affect disruptive innovation in the enterprise?(3)How Dynamic Capabilities Regulate the Impact Mechanism of Event Impact on Enterprise Subversive Innovation?(4)The impact of disruptive innovation on corporate innovation performance and its intermediary role.Based on the consideration of the above problems,in the external context of China’s economic development entering a new normal state,the research framework and research hypothesis of exploring the impact mechanism of event impact and dynamic capability on disruptive innovation of enterprises are proposed.Based on the analysis of the existing literature,this study uses the existing classic scales of the relevant literature and the newly developed new scale to design a questionnaire,and conduct research on the relevant personnel of the enterprise who meet the requirements of the research object.303 valid questionnaires were collected for further empirical research.This study draws the following conclusions through exploratory case studies and empirical research methods:(1)The impact and dynamic capabilities of the event have a positive impact on disruptive innovation;(2)The three dimensions of dynamic capability: “opportunity insight,resource aggregation and organizational reshaping”,between the impact of event impact on disruptive innovation The adjustment effect,the research results show that there are both positive and negative adjustments;(3)The innovation of technology perspective in disruptive innovation has an inverted U-shaped effect on corporate performance,while the innovation of market perspective shows positive performance To influence.The research conclusion enriches the system theory,dynamic capability theory and innovation theory to a certain extent;it has certain driving value for the theory of disruptive innovation,and provides useful practice reference for how to construct subversive innovation based on external environment and internal dynamic capability.The innovation of the thesis lies in exploring the impact of event impact on disruptive innovation of enterprises and its impact on corporate performance,and examines the role of internal dynamic capabilities in this process,deepening the mechanism research of promoting disruptive innovation of the interaction between external environment and internal environment.At the same time,the research conclusions have great theoretical and practical guiding significance for Chinese enterprises to deal with external event situations,cultivate and construct dynamic capabilities,rapidly enhance innovation capabilities and enhance innovation performance. |
