Current Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Construction Of Tobacco Grass-roots Team Of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture

In this paper the current situation of tobacco grass-roots team in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were investigated and analysed, including ideological state of tobacco workers, the main problems at present, such as imperfect mechanism, incomplete infrastructure, insufficient personnel unreasonable personnel structure, misemployed, the shortage of high-skilled talents, etc..
